But if we add the subject or, better, if we specify the owner of the object (ตูดของหนู dtuut kong noo. Your arse) , everything becomes clear

The word "your" is understood when you say "dai Mai". Use "Chuay" to ask someone to do something to you.

The thing is both are used for when you're speaking to someone younger than yourself.
