Always nice to experience BKK through the eyes of a newbie. That BKK [i]NEW[/i] only happens once for each of us, the [i]shock and awe[/i].

There really is no way of knowing beforehand (but see below). Look on the bright side: she did deliver 3 shots, and 1 was the morning wakeup, even if EARLY. Some would have simply dressed and disappeared out the door.

The only way to really know is to try and to see how she is with you, taking into consideration others' reports, but even then, there are no guarantees, good or bad.

The best indication I've found is how she interacts with you, in the bar. Obviously, she should be marketing to you. If she's flirty and friendly, no guarantees back [i]home[/i], but certainly more likely than someone giving 1 word answers (limited english notwithstanding). But also understand she is trying to seal a deal, so there are no written guarantees.

For me, I've had some good luck at BG7, and do like the place, people watching if nothing else.

I don't think your experience is that out of the ordinary, especially if you pick the first chick you talked to at BG!! Chemistry is important. If after she said 1500, if you said 1000, she would have agreed. She probably saw you as a newbie. Similarly, the standard for LT is 1500. Once you get the price down, talk about what you want. Trust me, there is nothing these girls have not heard or (almost) done. Lot of these girls gave day time jobs or other obligations. So they leave in the AM. And I wouldn't try and beat the last 100 baht out of her. There are a lot of too-old-to-be gogo dancers, too-ugly-to-be gogo dancers, gogo-bar-managers-too-smart-to-let-her-work-there girls, and a lot of other flotsam and jetsam around (both sides of the [i]table[/i] as it were), but there are some gems to be mined there. One of my BKK regrets, still remembered 5 years on, is a 38 year old office worker there (COULDN'T believe her age, so she showed me her id), style, attractive, class, but didn't have the time to avail myself.

That's the thing about BG7 - there are a lot of now-you-see-em, now-you-don't types. On the other hand, it's a (mostly) constantly changing cast of characters (and there are a lot of those in there).

One of my favorite girls that I've met so far in the Land of Smiles used to wait customers at the Bier Garten on Sukhumvit Soi 7. She was not the most beautiful girl in Thailand (but a solid 7/10 in my book), but you would not be ashamed to introduce her to your parents, boss or friends: attractive, classy, very smart and well-mannered, nobody would have guessed that she was a prostitute.

THe prices in the BG7 vary even with the same person. I once went with a girl for 2,000Baht for an afternoon of fun because I was horny and she looked like my first girlfriend. Several months later, the same girl, same time of day, agreed to my offer of 1,000 for exactly the same deal and what turned out to be the same experience. THat is good value at Aviva. Usually it is one pop only and on the rare occasion that the girl goes for a second, she wants more.

I know that Aviva is expensive compared to Tulip where you can get two pops or more for 2200baht but Aviva has a less full-on pro attitude and the girls are not jaded after being shagged all day as some guys only go there for a hand job or even just a regular massage.

Once a month or everyday of the month? Do not believe everything the girl says. Do you really think the girl will stay home if 2500 baht is staring at her every day if she is lucky? Her salary if at all she has a job will multiply many times.
