JTull2 was walking me around introducing me to chicas he believed would go arriba for 100 pesos for a basic Tijuana session. Back then Edith posted under the painted unicorns, closer to Casa Teresa as opposed to next to the Eduardo entrance, where she posts up now.
Back in 2005 or 2006 Edith was a new street girl, and she countered my 100 pesos offer by asking for 150 pesos. I declined and moved on, because Tully was successfully introducing me to SGs that did basic sessions for 100 pesos plus room fee. I posted about it at the time on (now defunct) Tijuana Amigos and fellow poster Timido thought I was crazy to decline the 150 p counter offer made by Edith.
A couple of years later I made my second negotiation attempt with Edith. We settled on 300 pesos for fully covered full service. I have had well over 20 sessions with Edith over the years (maybe about as many as 30), all of them full service for 300 pesos. I had a couple of sessions with Edith as recently as in 2019. She will go to Cascades with me for that, which we have a done a few times over the years. Edith was uninterested in going into the Cascades Jacuzzi and we haven't worked out terms for her to travel to the Leyva, which she wants more than 300 p for.

I never tried again to negotiate with Anahi again because Marianna at the same hotel and shift (Irma, daytime) serves me well for a price and services we are both happy with. It is the same as if I was buying anything. I start off by asking how much they are looking to get. I don't just walk into a shop and say I will give you $10 for this widget. Why would you just go up and blurt out a price? Could be she would have said a price less than you are going to say, if you just ask first.

One hot looking tall chica by Hotel Ibiza gave me a go to hell look, and another chica outside Cascadas basically told me to fuck off (not in those exact words). But other than that I had a blast. I hit up hk7th floor, Rizo, and jalos Chicago. I got drunk and hooked up with MILF Mara at Rizo, full GFE for 1000 pesos plus room plus a few fichas. It was a fun wild ride. Then capped off the night with sg Camila (500 mxn FS quickly) outside Ibiza before catching a taxi home.
I guess in some weird way I can thank smd for motivating me to hit the zona and have an awesome memorable experience.

IMO asking a hooker what she charges gives you a very good idea if you should proceed any further with negotiations or not. Especially in Tijuana where that is usually one of the first indicators to know if a chica is full of crap or not.

For the last six years I've been paying most of the walkers in my rotation (or those brought around as working amigas) 100 pesos for a blow job or 150 p for full service.
My most recent trips made in January 2019 and March 2019 I unilaterally raised their pay to 200 p + regalo for full service for some. That's in line with what the locals I talk to pay, sin the regalo.

"Walkers" are the trashy, dirty, skanky, drug addicts that walk around the zona trying to lure guys in to get paid just enough pesos to run straight to the drug dealers and get a hit of whatever hardcore drug they're addicted to.
That's who this scatmandoo guy is. He's a low-level, bottom feeding, slimeball. Scatmandoo is not the expert he attempts to portray himself as.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking a chica "how much?" As long as you know what the normal going rates are. 500 pesos for full service quicky is a perfectly normal fair price. Some chicas will accept 300-400 and some chicas won't accept less than 600-700. (I've never paid over 600 for FS quicky). It is what it is. But 500 is the standard average price, whether you ask "how much" or whatever your approach might be.
Smd is NOT the pro expert he claims to be. 90% of his posts are completely worthless, other than for a laugh or pure entertainment purposes.
