In general Reval Hotel Latvia (or they call it Radisson BLU Latvia) is best one-stop agency for you!

First, it is a good hotel in my view. Book Suite (not standard room) and you can enjoy lots of sex in very stylish atmosphere, in bed and sofa and bathroom too. Even locals prefer this hotel for weekend parties.

Second, and most important. Skyline bar on 26th floor is full of woman dancing and looking for clients. Be ready to spend some 400-500 EUR for woman to take to you room. I don't think any girl would agree on cheaper than that.

Also. In basement there is a club "Friends" that is more for 18-25 years Russina girls (and their friends) but not so guaranteed they look for sex client.

Overall hotel Latvia is by far best choice and especially in Winter. No need to go out. No need to take taxi, who will cheat on you. No need to risk with strip bars in old Riga where they will rip you off no matter what! Also, prices in Skyline bar are correct as per menu and there is no such thing as pricy drinks for girls or anything. Therefore. If it is your first time in Riga, I do recommend this hotel and you will avoid all the dirty side of our City!

Riga is shit for hobbying (not including to just party and meeting new friends). 100% useless compared to most other places that claims to have a scene. Why you would pay 400-500 USD for the bitter see*nts in Hotel Latvia, beats me. You have to be scared of your own mirror image to even consider this idea worth considering. Stay in Hotel Latvia and fuck cynical wash outs for 500 EUR is a rip of.

The best fun I had in Riga was to just go out and drink and party with normal people. Forget the so called sex scene. It will do you no good to look for it, and you will come down disappointed. Just go to Riga and party and enjoy the city, and if you want p4 p you can point your compass just about any direction (except northwest) and fly for 1-2 hours and find ten or even hundred times better options.
