FWIW, airfare between HK and Philippines are cheap. Depending of the nearest airport to her, it is possible to do a day trip. (Think you mentioned Makati) In either case, simplest way is for you to make the trip and have her come to you at a nearby hotel. Easier for her to make a story about staying with a girlfriend. More complicated and more financially risky if you try to have her meet you in HK (assuming you are going to pay for the trip) Quite possible to talk the ladies into making those trips.
FWIW, happened to actually pass a wedding party between a western dude and a filipina woman a couple months back. (Not sure about your ethnicity and country of origin) So it does happen. Question is if it ends happily.

Thanks again for the suggestions, as far as my ethnicity, I'm just a regular white guy LOL, I've lived in Asia on and off for the last 20+yrs (Singapore / Tokyo / Bangkok / KL) and visited most other major cities, I have a girl in China who I've kept for the last few years but it's a relationship of convenience, she's a nice girl and we have great sex, that's the total involvement.
I guess I'm looking for something a little more, (Yes, I can hear the laugher again) This 22 yr old was great company, she was so inquisitive about the world and she asked very intelligent questions, it was a dialogue well beyond her years.
Anyway we'll continue commutating and see of the attraction is still there, in a few weeks I'll make the trip across to see her and if the sparks still fly I'll decide what to do after that.

1) I hope her venture is not a farm; these hardly ever work out. And be careful about funding it, they often fail. If you start funding her venture it is likely to be a black hole for you. Better to let her fail early on her own. Then take an informed look at her other options.
2) As for Miss I, go for it! I don't think you are breaking rules really. Miss I sounds like a normal Filipina on a "working" holiday, not a bar girl. (I think normal SE Asian women have a different, healthier, take on sex than western women anyway, but this is for another post) I can't tell you the number of women I have known in HK / Philippines / Indonesia who met their future husband in Wanchai, Badoo, etc. , built their relationship on skype and then married. Some of my best (girl) friends here have married guys from the US, Australia, NZ, and UK. It does happen and, at the risk of sounding naive, they make great mates!

Her business venture is not a farm, while she was in Hong Kong she did her homework and sourced a few products from suppliers in China, and want to set-up a wholesale distribution business, she a smart girl, young but really has her heart in the right place, at this time I'm only offering her business advice not $$.

But even if watered down a bit if you drinking 1000 or 2000 worth a night it does have an effect. And not all Asian ladies can hold their drinks. And not all ladies have the special ladies drinks.

There are ways to check out a lady beforehand (check the Philippines forum), but I think that takes away from the magic and excitement of the ride. Sometimes it is better to suspect than to have it confirmed.

Regarding Miss I, I think your right trying to double check everything she has said would "take away from the magic and excitement of the ride" My mother always said "you don't need a good memory if you tell the truth" If she's feeding me a load of crap, I'm sure she'll come unstuck pretty quickly, as of now she has been very forth coming in anything I've asked, and I've asked some difficult and personal questions of her, but only time will tell.

After a long time not being to Escape last Thursday I did pay it a visit. Beer prices have gone up to 75 HKD for a bottle and lots of Columbian girls on duty. Spoke to a 7/10 approx 30 year girl by the name of Catherina and after the usual small talk she asked about my plans for tonight and made the crazy initial offer for long time for 10000 HKD! Go figure, I just walked off laughing my head off. Did finally score with a nice Filipina at Hong Kong Cafe for a fraction of the price of the Columbian girl and got a very GFE service too.
After a busy day thought I would watch a bit of World Cup Soccer last night to watch Brazil and Chile. Dropped into Amazonia which was packed with guys and never seen so many western woman in this bar and so few working ladies. Too crowded so after one drink, went to HK Cafe which was the opposite. Crowd was on the smaller side but lots of working ladies and few guys. And Bar 109 charged $250 entry fee to watch the soccer and if course Delaney's was full.
I was in HK for five days and stayed in the Wanchai area couple of weeks ago.
Visited, Escape, new Makati, HK Cafe and Neptune 2.
Escape and Neptune were very hardcore especially regarding with the drinks, the waitresses constantly pushing for buying drinks and the minute you start talking with a girl they want you to buy a drink, very annoying. Talked to a Colombian that was not allowed to get in Escape unless she was invited by a male so I did so, after talking a while with her she said that she owes about 8000 us dollars to the persons that arranged her visa and flight and that she has been in HK for a week, if she doesn't pay she said these guys can hurt their families, no wonder colombians are very business like in hk. She said that now are so many Colombians that the bar owner of escape only allows in girls that they know to avoid problems with the HK police. I ask her how much to go out ans she said 2000 hk dollars I said and never pay more than 200 us dollars, she said that colombians charge 3000 hk but I said if a go you need to go also per the bar rules as she came with me and I said I offer 200 us. She said Ok but only 1 hour so I said don't like pressure so I left, in addition my own rule is Colombians only in Colombia.
Went then to new Makati but it was very loud, then went to HK cafe which I found to be the best as it had good variety of girls and less pressure for drinks, I met a pretty Indonesian girl (which IMHO are the colombians of Asia) and also initially ask for 2000 HK, I offered 1500 and she want for ST but very nice GFE. Next day I found her again and I offered $1000 HK and she accepted.
One night in Escape I took a Filipino girl for 1000 H K but big mistake as she was ugly once she took off her clothes. Another night didn't take anyone but was doing research and most of the girls start with 2000 HK and depending the night you could negotiate the price down up to 1500, I was offered by a Indonesian girl all night for 1500.
Also, I spoke with a beautiful Kenyan girl and asked her why she is outside Escape and not inside and she saud that escape won't allow African woman inside because a security issue they had in the past with an african woman, she also asked for 2000 HK but by definition will never go with an African girl if you take into consideration 50% of Africa has aids.
The worst day to be in Wanchai is Friday as there are more man tha woman, the second worst is Saturday, the best day for semi professionals Sunday afternoon and in general the best days for professionals are Monday and Tuesday.
Also asked one day for an outcall massage to my hotel and the cost with a HJ that included french kissing was 700 HK.
In general HK Wanchai is fun but expensive, if you want Colombians go to Colombia, if you want Filipinas go to Philippines, if you want Indonesian go to Indonesia, but if you are already there it could be expensive but fun, BTW watching the world cup games there was fun.
