I have to say though that our guards / guides was more than happy to provide us a few. Actually there were quite a few ladies from lower part of russia attending the scene. In Hong Kong as well, it is the standard form of greeting in Cantonese. For those who spend their lives eating, they probably do not realize that past Asian communities considered a meal a lucky event. A few weeks ago there were postings about the scam at NAIA airport where security staff, police were putting bullets and or white powder into travelers' bags, asking for money, if not paid arresting the innocent victim. Apparently the situation has got serious since that time with the situation spinning out of control. Below is part of an article out of the Manila Bulletin of yesterday. Despite public outcry over "tanim-bala" (bullet-planting) cases at the country's premiere airport, there seems to be no end to this mess that is already scaring tourists and overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).

Yesterday, it was reported that two more passengers set to leave the country were arrested after the discovery of bullets in their luggage bags at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 (NAIA-2).

With the widening uproar over the bullet mess, Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph G. Recto called on Malacañang to straighten out the mess by setting up a "Presidential Action and Complaint Desk" at the country's premier gateway to serve as a "one-stop, on-the-spot troubleshooting center" for OFWs and other travellers.

But Presidential Communications Operations Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. Said the government has already installed public assistance desks at airports to address any concerns of OFWs and other passengers. He assured that government employees are there to serve the public and address their needs.

Likewise, calls for a congressional inquiry in the Senate continue to gain support, with presidential aspirant Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago being the latest to join fellow lawmakers in calling for an investigation into the persistent reports of tanim-bala cases.

Santiago said these reports of unsuspecting travelers to the Philippines, including the country's migrant workers, falling prey to the modus operandi "underline inaction on the part of government. ".

"The reports highlight how corruption defeats the purpose of law enforcement. Second, they raise a legitimate question on the implementation of the law on the illegal possession of ammunition. Finally, they underline inaction on the part of government," Santiago said.

NEW VICTIMS.

The latest victims of the bullet mess are Pancho M. Salgado, 65, of Taytay, Rizal; and Chris Valerie Panopio Mendoza, Sampaloc Manila. Salgado allegedly yielded an armalite bullet while entering NAIA-2, while a. 45 caliber bullet was confiscated from the luggage bag of Mendoza.

Salgado was bound for Osaka, Japan, while Mendoza was supposed to leave for Dubai, United Arab Emirates, when they were held by airport authorities. Both are currently detained at the PNP Aviation Security Group detention center while awaiting bail.

Last Thursday, Revelina A. Combis, 68, of South Poblacion, Dipaculao, Aurora, was prevented from boarding Philippine Airlines flight PR 2041 bound for Caticlan, Boracay, after members of the Office for Transportation Security (OTS) found a. 45 caliber bullet allegedly inside her hand carry bag at the NAIA-3.

Combis has been charged before the Pasay City Prosecutor's Office with violation of Section 28 of are. A. 10591, the "Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act. ".

A Japanese, who was earlier arrested after airport police found two. 44 caliber bullets in his luggage bag, has been released after posting a P40,000 bail.

However, he needs to work out for the extension of his visa before the Bureau of Immigration as he needs to stay longer in the country to face his case filed before the Pasay City Regional Trial Court. His first hearing has been set for November 16.

With the problems facing tourists and OFWs, Recto said the presidential desk could serve as "a place where travellers can lodge complaints for bad service and recommend commendations for good ones. ".

Atleast I believe you had to leave them behind and fetch them again on your way out of the country. Nothing I could establish as a fact but I heard rumours the fat one (great leader) gets flown in girls from some african countries (not the most developed and democratic ones but still) so he could arrange his sexparties (if he has them or not I don't know).

I plan on being there Nov 21 to 30. I am not sure how to split my time between Angeles City and any other destination. Can you help me pick which city to visit in addition to Angeles city?

Here are my criteria:

1) I am looking to spend $60 or so max per session with a girl.

2) I do 1 or 2 sessions per day.

3) Not a crazy drinker.

4) Hotel budget max $60 per night. Maybe higher if quality of girls is excellent.

5) I am 40 - living in US.

6) I look forward to threesomes and BBBJ hopefully with CIM too.

Now in line with the general discussion on NAIA and its reputation this is from the papers today.

Etihad, major carrier is diverted to Clark. And Etihad came out very fast an told the reasons. Am sure there will be spin on this but I trust Etihad as I know some of the pilot and they don't like flying to Manila as can never trust when they can land. I have left Dubai early on Emirates, arrived (n the air that) is 20 minutes before we are supposed to, yet got to the gate 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled arrival time. Many unhappy people and the captain was very honest.

So imagine this and APEC. Total chaos but am sure the authorities will tell everyone the carrier was at fault LOL.

1. $60 is roughly 2400 pesos. It will surely get you ST in Manila. In Angeles LT is between 2000-3000 pesos. LT does not mean they will stay and fuck you all night. Some might.

Depending on what type of girls you are looking for cost will be all over the place. You can read the forum and get good ideas of where to find girls, how much they cost, hotels prices etc.

2. ST can be had for 1500 in Manila. In AC bars it is strictly taking the girl out of the bar unless you meet some freelancers. Once again read the forum.

3. Drinks generally cost 100 pesos to 300 pesos both Manila and AC. If you buy a girl a drink cost approx 300 pesos.

4. For $60 you can find some hotels with breakfast for two. In AC you can find cheaper hotels.

5. It does not matter if you 99 years old and can still fuck. In Phi normal as well as prostitutes do not care about the age. However they do want you to be clean, nicely dressed and behave friendly and treat girls nice.

6. All your sexual preferences can be discussed with willing girls including the cost both in Manila and AC. It is highly unlikely girls will act like lesbians. However money talks in requesting special favors.

7. All other leisure activities can be had but they are far from Manila or AC. Read the forum.

These bars specialize in short-time BJ's. You can take the girl in a back room for a short BJ session, or to your room for 2 hours. Most of these girls will be giving 2-4 (or more) BJ's in their 12-hour shift each day, so they get fairly good at it.
