You have 4 monger destinations near Manila; AC, Manila, Subic, and Puerta Galera. Subic is not a beach town in a classic sense but does have a laid back vibe and is an hour away from AC so you would feel a difference in locales but not that much. You could do those 2 w / out loosing time to travel. The talent in Subic is cheaper and considerably lower tier ladies, some good ones mixed in though but you have to search them out, FLs not much there. I was there last February and I liked it because it is a different scene, considerably cheaper than AC.
Or you can check out Puerta Galera, a 2 hour bus / 2 hour boat ride from AC. PG is a very nice island / seaside town that is a world away from the normal Philippines scene. Very picturesque w / diving / snorkeling / cheap boat rental / tons of islands w / cool little beaches. It also has a small go go scene w / nice talent, the ladies there were low miles, innocent and friendly and many stay LT.
Lastly Manila which is an ugly poverty stricken city. I was there 3 weeks ago and stayed in Makati (upscale area), I focused on Burgos St where the go go girls will set you back anywhere from $60 to $130. At night the street comes alive w / all sorts of action, you can find nice FLs on the street for (on average) 2000 p which is in your price range. Makati is quite different from AC and the ladies are prettier and will not discriminate like some do in AC or PG. Travel time is 90 minutes by car (2700 p) or bus 2 hours (150 p), total cost in bus is approx. 450 p. Trike to AC bus station (Dau) 100 p, bus 150 p, taxi to hotel under 150 p. Taking the bus is easy and saves you $50 so what's not to like.
So knowing what I know about these 4 places is I would go to AC 5 / 6 days, the last few days if you want easy and cheap, Subic, if you want beautiful island w women then Puerta Galera (Manila prices 3000 p go go girls), or Makati where there are prettier ladies in the bars but also a higher price tag. The bar I took from had very nice quality 2600 to bar, 3000 p to lady for short time. There are other options in Makati like FLs on Burgos, Havana Cafe (FLs) LA Cafe Lower tier FLs, some keepers in there I'm told. There is plenty of options in Makati but generally for bar guys like me more pricey.
All prices have gone up from February to now in AC, Subic, Manila. Also keep in mind go go girls are medically check each week. If there is a problem you can find the lady at the bar you took her from. And lastly bar girls are generally prettier than their FL counterparts. That is my opinion and there are exceptions but I like pulling from the bars.
Maybe AC, Subic and spend last night in Makati w / short trip to airport. Then you will have experienced 3 different PI locales. Good luck.

This has actually gotten worse, there is a story online from a person inside the operation saying they target 20 people a day at least and demand 30,000 as the standard or "go to jail".
A young guy from the US, building churches in Palawan was nabbed going to Boracay with his parents, he was told he could pay his way out but he told the authorities to send him to jail instead.
Hopefully the upcoming APEC thing and the news will get them to lay low. I'd like to say stop but this is the place with brand new terminals yet pushes 75% of it's visitors through the worst airport terminal in the region.

Despite public outcry over "tanim-bala" (bullet-planting) cases at the country's premiere airport, there seems to be no end to this mess that is already scaring tourists and overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).
Yesterday, it was reported that two more passengers set to leave the country were arrested after the discovery of bullets in their luggage bags at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 (NAIA-2).
With the widening uproar over the bullet mess, Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph G. Recto called on Malacaang to straighten out the mess by setting up a "Presidential Action and Complaint Desk" at the country's premier gateway to serve as a "one-stop, on-the-spot troubleshooting center" for OFWs and other travellers.
But Presidential Communications Operations Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. Said the government has already installed public assistance desks at airports to address any concerns of OFWs and other passengers. He assured that government employees are there to serve the public and address their needs.
Likewise, calls for a congressional inquiry in the Senate continue to gain support, with presidential aspirant Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago being the latest to join fellow lawmakers in calling for an investigation into the persistent reports of tanim-bala cases.
Santiago said these reports of unsuspecting travelers to the Philippines, including the country's migrant workers, falling prey to the modus operandi "underline inaction on the part of government. ".
"The reports highlight how corruption defeats the purpose of law enforcement. Second, they raise a legitimate question on the implementation of the law on the illegal possession of ammunition. Finally, they underline inaction on the part of government," Santiago said.
NEW VICTIMS.
The latest victims of the bullet mess are Pancho M. Salgado, 65, of Taytay, Rizal; and Chris Valerie Panopio Mendoza, Sampaloc Manila. Salgado allegedly yielded an armalite bullet while entering NAIA-2, while a. 45 caliber bullet was confiscated from the luggage bag of Mendoza.
Salgado was bound for Osaka, Japan, while Mendoza was supposed to leave for Dubai, United Arab Emirates, when they were held by airport authorities. Both are currently detained at the PNP Aviation Security Group detention center while awaiting bail.
Last Thursday, Revelina A. Combis, 68, of South Poblacion, Dipaculao, Aurora, was prevented from boarding Philippine Airlines flight PR 2041 bound for Caticlan, Boracay, after members of the Office for Transportation Security (OTS) found a. 45 caliber bullet allegedly inside her hand carry bag at the NAIA-3.
Combis has been charged before the Pasay City Prosecutor's Office with violation of Section 28 of are. A. 10591, the "Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act. ".
A Japanese, who was earlier arrested after airport police found two. 44 caliber bullets in his luggage bag, has been released after posting a P40,000 bail.
However, he needs to work out for the extension of his visa before the Bureau of Immigration as he needs to stay longer in the country to face his case filed before the Pasay City Regional Trial Court. His first hearing has been set for November 16.

As maybe WR remember I was talking about travelling down to Cebu to have a couple of nights stay there as I know some very nice clubbing chicks (I've even flew one in to Makati at one stage some time ago). As it happened I got hold of some nice gems as usual also here in Makati and as travelling in phils only makes me in bad mood I had to make decission and the decission was to cancell my Mariott hotel in Cebu and the Phillipine Airline flights taking me there. Easier said than done.
I did book the room a tad smaller than the presidential suite at Mariott and it was fully refundable if I cancelled 24 hrs before arrival time (which I did). It was close to 30000 p for 2 nights. The PR flight was the most and refundable flex biz ticket at almost 18000 p. Refundable in my life and in any other western airline is you can only manage your own booking and you cancell or rebook. Not so easy with Phil air.
I called Mariott well before 24 hrs of my checkin time and it was all a hazzle. Lastly the girl I spoke to understood I wanted to cancell and she would send me a confirmation e mail on my cancellation. Upon today no cancellation e mail has been recieved. I guess they probably wait to send it until after my designated chack in time so theycan atleast charge me for 1 night stay. Lets see I don't bother to go through any more hazzle concerning this and will at a later stage see what kind of ammount is deducted from my CC and I rather complain to Mariotts intl booking phone at a later stage (I am sorry I did not call them first place as they have american booking lines handled by phil callcenter ofcourse).
Phil Air was another story. In the rules from my fully refundable ticket I read I was able to have full refund ex 1000 no show fee each leg. Thats fair but nothing I know of from the western world. I allready talked to her and both of us are aware of the scams. We can according to her use the crewline. Even so since it is 10-20 a day this is happening to, chances is slim it will happen to me. In a worst case scenario I will just pay up and move on. Many will probably just chocke me saying so but I am not spending one single minute in a phil shit hole prison and I rather support corruption to avoid this (I guess no matter what people would say behind a keyboard they will do exactly the same, well maybe they who have a lot of time on their hands will view it differently but I don't have time for this kind of shit). I knew by coming here I walked in to a corrupted country and as I've been to even worse country than phils I am ready to pay up there and then. I have what you can call corruption money on me or as the corrupted police in Caracas once told me as I did not have cash and they stopped me for jail walking: "banko automatico directo (or sth)(they knew where the ATM was). Emirates can do a refund of $3000+ in about 10 days, PAL just don't want to IMHO ad make it frustrating. Hope you get the Marriott refund otherwise I can recommend a needy 'charity' that needs a roof for 2 days!!

Try staying in Radisson Blu. Marriott is a very tired Hotel. Maybe it is one of the worst in the chain.
