I'd suggest attending the personal hearing to put an end to this. And don't shell out money unnecessarily.
You can argue you ordered the items in ignorance regarding customs regulation since it is ok to buy it.
Online in India. And you are abandoning the product and don't need this anymore.
The reason you are getting this notice is that the customs officer wants money. You can negotiate with.
The officer regarding the amount in case you want to settle this out of court. But you want a written official.
Documentation of some sort putting an end to this nuisance.
I'd suggest you to be confident and not feel any guilt or shame while dealing with them. That is the tool.
That they would use to extract money. You have all the rights to acquire these things and it is a small error.
On your part and that of the business that sold it. Hope this puts an end to this. Also don't worry about this.
Since it is no big deal. If things don't go to plan, get a lawyer with you next time.
Dear Members,
I have been a silent reader of this forum and have visited spas previously. However, for a change, I decided to use sex toys and purchased some from a website that exported them to my location. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the customs regulations prohibiting the purchase of sex toys from outside India. I received a showcause notice a year ago, to which I responded by requesting the confiscation of the products. I even visited their office and paid around 10,000 INR to an assistant to close the notice, believing the issue was resolved.
However, a year after this incident, I have received another notice requesting my presence for a personal hearing. I am unsure of what to do next.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? From my research, it seems many people have had their sex toys confiscated by customs. What should be my next step?
Condom breakage happens around 15% of the time. So, it is relatively common.
You can relax about getting HIV since there is 1 in 15,000-20,000 chance of getting it.
That means you can have unprotected vaginal sex with a HIV-positive individual 15,000 times.
Before you get the virus. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex. HIV is a very inefficient virus.
And is spread more commonly through unprotected anal sex.
Herpes is a skin disease and is not a STD, 50% of the world population has this.
The real risk is bacterial infections. Wait for 3 days and see if there are any symptoms.
Like pain while urinating etc. If there are any symptoms, buy a urine self-test in amazon.
This would show if there any infection.
In case of any infection, pop 2 g of Azithromycin single dose.
Now wait for a week and the symptoms should resolve. Consult a doctor only if the symptoms.
Don't resolve 10 days after the antibiotic.
Stop stressing and get on with your regular life. Stick to HJs or protected sex over the next 10 days.

Was at a MP yesterday. Took oil massage and FS after as extra. During the activity the see broke and I did not realize and hence continued. Then while cleaning up after saw that the see had already broken.
Had told the therapist to take whatever pills required and I will pay, but she was unusually not worried about it at all. This make me more worried as it must have happened before with others for her.
Wanted help to know what tests I need to do to know I am safe from STDs. And also any precautionary medicines I can take. Any doctors with whom I can consult and be open about it.
Rally scared. Please help.
STD won't spread so soon, by this, unless you have cut or scare in your private parts, chances are high if it indulge directly with your blood system.
For you just proper washing your tool with Dettol is enough.
And country side sanitizer is your own urine.
Bro,
Every nook and corner in Bangalore there is spa coming up. There is huge surge, because it is lucrative business and people here pay exorbitantly to these WG.
It's a rule in spa business as far as I saw if you go first time you will be sent best one. If you go second time then they know you are becoming regular they reduce quality. Many times you go you get the worst ones until unless you make a rapo with one wg and you ask her, they will deny sometimes to sell others.
If you don't get good the first time then it is you are bad luck.
I have started saying no to extras against wishes of Johny. It helps both financially and emotionally.

FS Spa in Kora
Contacted a spa at a major junction in Koram. It was late at night. Contacted them on call and hinted that I am looking for good time. The person at the reception understood what I meant and promised me a good time.
Negotiated 2 k as counter price in the call itself. I thoughts its high but looking at the spa I feel it was worth it. The place is so neat and clean. Attached bathrooms and rooms can be locked from inside. One of the best spas I have visited so far.
Since it was almost the closing time only a NI was available. Once I was shown the room, I switched to a towel and planned to change to the disposable once the therapist was available. Its a little trick I picked up from Hyderabad forum and has worked in the past. Its the easiest way to hint that you are looking for extras.
The therapist understood what I was looking for and asked in the beginning itself if I was looking for extra service. I said yes and asked for menu. She said everything is on the table except BJ and FS. I told that I m looking for FS to which she thought for a minute and asked for 12 k for FS. Negotiated hard and brought it down to 7 k. I know its expensive but the girl was super hot.
About girl. She was slightly taller. I guess 6 ft. Had huge rack. All natural. Amazing ass. Fair Skin. Decent Face. Slight belly but not much. The best part was that even she was very horng and was looking for a good time. Started with fingering while suckin on those beautiful tits. We were chatting what's our favourite positins. Both of ours was doggy and we decided to start with dogy. She suggested to do it in front of the mirror because she wanted me to enjoy by looking at her face in the mirror while I am ramming her from behind and OMG that was an amazing experience. Ended in the bag in missionary after sometime. Both of use cleaned up and went out ways. Asked for her number but she said she doenot meet outside.
WIR: Yes, but when I have some cash in hand. The receptionist mentioned that they have a cute Thai / NE and I would like to try her.

Hiv statistics
It is true that an hiv infection will not be contracted easily. However it's not how statistics should be interpreted. First of all the probability for different types of exposures are different. In the case of insertive PV intercourse, which is the case with most of us, the probability is 0. 04. That is one in 2500. But it still doesn't mean that you can have unprotected sex 2500 times before you catch infection. It simply means, statisticaly, when you have 2500 intercourses unprotected, it becomes more likely than not to catch an infection. So you can have one encounter and still catch hiv, technically. Also this number makes no assumption about the partner's viral load status. That means, if the said partner is already infected, this probability is much higher. Also the risk is higher if you have multiple partners or your partner had multiple partners. Numbers are from CDC publications.
So if you had an exposure, meet a medical practitioner and take advise. Stay safe bro.

For vaginal sex. And it does not transfer by oral sex. One should have sores in penis to get blood contact. The higher risk.
Is for bacterial infections. Hep-be is more easily transmitted. Untreated, body heals in a few weeks. One can always get vaccinated.
But it need re-boosting.
My post is to assuage the illogical fears people have when condom breaks. Yes, do consult a doctor.
But it is most probably nothing. Doctors prescribe everything because they tend to play it safe. It is upto the patient to.
Decide what they want to do.
Check medhelp forum discussions for replies from doctors with real life STD experience.
The CDC numbers are on the super conservative side since the government stats tend to be hyper conservative. Bureaucrats.
Tend to avoid controversy and tend to be very conservative. The real numbers are closer to what I quoted.

Some realistic expectations for STDs. Most are treatable. And the most feared ones like HIV are hard to transmit (very small chance they can though).
There is a high social stigma for these infections and their after-effects overblown to institute a sense a morality in society. Governmental organizations tends to overblow the numbers to play it safe.
An example would be Covid where the risk was overblown initially by CDC.
The sense of panic one experiences if there is a mishap is the real problem. Some people commit suicide without understanding the risk level involved.
A basic understanding regarding the risks for different STDs allows the person to deal with the situation rationally without any panic.
If you have multiple sex partners, have a STD test once or twice a year.
After a mishap, wait a few days for any symptoms. Stop fretting about small pimples or pain in your privates. This can be happening even otherwise. Trauma can cause pain.
If you are worried about HIV, do consult a doctor. Check medhelp forum for expert opinions. Not from anyone (including me) in this forum.
What you decide to do depends on how you are coping with the situation.
If one is worried on life threating risks, maybe riding a 2-wheeler in Bangalore traffic should be a higher priority. Or smoking / chewing tobacco / excessive drinking / shooting drugs with needles / drug overdose.
Look around you and see how many are dying from HIV vs heart attacks / cancer. Evaluate the risks accordingly. Stay safe.

PEP Medication
While JackTR bro is spot on with what be said, I would like to add one more thing here. I would strongly recommend PEP medication for 4 weeks from the day of exposure to hiv. Typically PEP is effective if started within 72 hours from the time of exposure. So in case you are within that 72 hours please go ahead with PEP if not already initiated.
