I was there looking for it today though I did not spend too much time looking for it. But could not find on Google maps either. Another person posted that it is a slummy area is between the baba temple and this spa. But could not still find it. Will be there again in the area on Friday, will keep looking.

I just found that baba MP. It's still there. It's not strictly near Baba temple. Kind of sandwiched between the Sai Baba temple and the decent looking places. I can't give much more than that or it will be to direct. Explore the area around the temple particularly the abiramapuram side. Look for tall apartments and you can't miss the board that is in the front and top.
