Yet you claim you did not, the taxi scam in Cebu sounds like bs as I have never seen sm without taxi and to claim there are taxi driving arround with girls in them picking up people sounds like a porn movie. Your detailed reports read like porno fantasies. Do you post any photo or meet others from this forum.

The reason I post this as you dis out Cebu but love AC. I love Cebu and monger here I meet guys from the forums and they enjoy Cebu. Some even move from AC to Cebu.

Just saying it would be nice if you could confirm that you really are the deal and not a guy with a agenda.

Frenzy, IMHO nothing wrong with everyone following McDon's excellent reports and his advice. Let all the guys go to AC and Manila and forget about Cebu.

There is a new bar down near korean end to town. My mates went there last week I will be catching up with them on weekend I get more details for you. It run by a couple x Altantas girls they have backing by2 aussie teller machines. Aussie like throwing there money away / I love you honey send more money honey. They told me it goes off busy, and nice girls to choose from. Bar fine was 1750. They took some photos I will post them when I get hold of his camera.

I just have come from Angeles City which I found disappointed.

There are many bars but it seems the prices have gone up.

You can take a lady for about 1. 800 – 2. 000 pesos.

In a few places the lowest price is 1. 500 pesos.

Drinks cost about 95 pesos.

Lady drink about 150 pesos average.

You do not pay for the lady. If you like one, just ask her to sit down with you, buy her a drink and converse. If everything is alright make sure she wants to go out with you, in that case you will have to buy a bottle of beverage, that means you are having the 'right' expense so that you are allowed to invite the girl go out with you.

Be careful because it is often the lady denies your temptation, I have seen that several times with my friends, make sure before buying the bottle, but a lady drink will worth it.

The best place I liked the most was called Tropix or something like that, just opposite Orchid Inn Resort.

I had no problem with any lady.

My own opinion. Despite all this report, I think it doesn't worth going there.

The town is just horrible, nothing to do there during the day, so make sure you have an accommodation with swimming pool.

The hotels are not cheap, you will spend no less for 1600 pesos if you want a low quality. There are others cheaper but they sucks.

About the ladies, as in other places there are very beautiful ones, but a lot of no interesting ones.

Most of them are quite dull, so expect to find bars with many ladies but not too much fun, quite boring watching them dancing (if it is considered a dance. Quite dull)

I enjoyed with some ladies but I would not come there again.

There been many post about this you should RTFF Air asia fly from Bangkok to clark AC but it arrive very late is about 100 USD one way, more flight go to Manila from Bangkok none from Utapau Pattaya.

Since I live in AC part of the month every month, my reports are rather simple and uninteresting. A few nights a week I head out to a couple bars on Perimeter, hit the BJ bar for a quick one and then get really drunk playing pool or BSing with friends. Occasionally hit Fields and people watch as there is plenty to see. Then I go home and bang my smoking hot fiancee and go to sleep.

I have never had an issue anywhere in Asia and I do hit some local bars wherever I go. Maybe I know how to conduct myself and I'm a very friendly charismatic person. Not sure. Have Mongered all over Asia and AC is by far the best bang for your buck. I use to live in Cebu as well and I also like Cebu. Was very easy for me to pick up girls wherever I went, so many good girls.

Was in Pattaya a few weeks ago and had fun partying but I just don't enjoy the Thai's as much as filipina's. I use to work in BKK and had a steady gf also, My choice is a filipina hands down!

As far as Manila goes, I'm in and out as fast as possible. I like to hang out in the province as much as possible as that's where I have my most fun. Good people in the Phils, just have to venture out.

They change ALL the time, especially on airlines like Cebu Pacific who are always shuffling fares to fill up planes.

Ticket prices can vary by up to 3 or 4000 peso even between PAL and C-Pac for the same leg.

I think you are asking questions for which there are multiple options for answers.

Here you get all sort of characters from which you can learn and improve your game. This is the most fun forum where we tend to discuss all sort of things from traffic, cabs, sex to politics to local holidays even stds LOL. Its weird but I have learned quite a lot from many senior members here so I post back and contribute as much as I can. I am not much into photos, I occasionally take some with my IPhone but I am not much good and I have no time to fuck around with editing software so I don't bother posting photos. I have meet few members from the forum but I tend to monger with my own friends that are non ISG members. I have also shared info with many ISG senior members LOL. If you meet Gangles and are around the same age as him then I am probably younger than your kids. I read Gangles report few weeks ago about your lifestyle so if you want to meet me in person to verify me LOL next time I am in Cebu drinks are on me you can point me in the right direction in Cebu.

As for Cebu I have no idea how you worked out that I am dishing Cebu. Read my last paragraph I actually recommend cebu for retirement and for people willing to spend more then few days. You need to look at my experience from a different angle, unlike you I don't have TIME. Time for me runs in hours and as you can see the second I land I am already chasing. Money is no concern but TIME is of essence. I think you may have misunderstood my comment about Cebu being city of averages. I did not mean anything bad by it, simply that Cebu has everything in a smaller package and whatever your game is you can find it. AC on the other hand exceeds in P4P but lacks few other things. Same can be said about Manila, transport being the key problem there. I know WR, Dave33 and few others here have made Cebu their playground but the difference between them and me is they spend far more time in Cebu then me and they nurture DIA or other internet relationships much more then me. Again if you read the last paragraph I wrote it clearly that I haven't given cebu a proper go as per how things should be done going on advice of senior members and their experiences. I don't see why you are getting so worked up mate, just relax.

Regarding the taxi story, I think few years down track it will be the only story I remember from this Cebu trip. Weird absolutely. What can I say, in the report you got everything the good, the bad, the ugly, the funny and the weird all in one no holds barred. I could have just written the good bits but I wrote it all for people to get out of it whatever they can. Some may learn a thing or two, I am from some of the commentary posted and sent to me in msgs, some may find it just a good entertainment, whatever. Point is its all there even the parts where I acted like an ass. What can I say, read the paragraph again, we are talking Friday night around 10. 30-11 pm, SM already closed with only the side bars / restaurants open. There were few taxi's but there was a que about the same size as my hotel. So I walked. I regrated it latter, LOL, number 14 at the hotel would have probably got me quicker. I don't think it was a set up scam, I think the cab driver saw an opportunity and worked an angle quickly. He probably saw me hailing cabs and he had a single girl, dressed in sexy clothes going to Mango Square. Not hard to work out what she was and not hard to tell her lets up the meter, the white boy will pay for it anyway, maybe you get a gig out of it too. I remember 194 peso at the point when I got picked up which was just a crazy amount, but I was already in. Personally the way I see it, for less then half a drink on burgos I got to enjoy the taxi ride, man I wish there are more taxis like that, I got no probs with being 'scammed'. In hindsight I made a mistake I should have asked the guy to turn back and take Ms V that night. I would have saved on drinks and time, and most likely would not have missed my flight. Instead I got drunk, got a girl that tried to cheat me and on the end I missed my flight. Another of MANY MISTAKES I MADE on this trip.

LOL if you are still hell bent on verifying my report LOL, I can give you the details of the 3 girls that I meet for lunch. I am curious if you can get more out of it, to be honest the rest of the situations I got my self into I can work out what and where I went wrong but that one I just can't put my finger to it. I can give you their dia names usual rules (no mention of me or the forum apply) have a crack at them if you find them attractive.

This is the last comment I write on this subject lets not make it personal if you have anything else you want clarified please pm me and can we not turn this into AC vs Cebu topic, the cities are too different to compare.

Fast Eddie 48[/QUOTE]Actually I think the flight you are referring to is SEAir, it can be booked through Tiger Air's website. It runs 3 (maybe 4) times a week and gets in right around 8:00pm so it is a little late, but it is by far a better deal than flying BKK to MNL, and then getting to AC from Manilla. No matter how you do it, there is no good way. The PAL flight from BKK gets to MNL around 6:00P. M, but you usually don't get to AC until after 9:00pm On the SEAir flight I was out in the bars before 9:00pm It really is a great flight. Cebu pacific also fly direct BKK to CRK, but it gets in at like 3:00 A. M, and it is always late or they cancel the flight. It only runs twice a week.

I paid less than 6000THB round trip BKK to CRK, and I had the max luggage, and picked my seat. 2 buddies flew with no luggage, just carry on, didn't reserve seats and they paid like 6, 000THB roundtrip for both of them, so it really is affordable.

I enjoyed with some ladies but I would not come there again.[/QUOTE]You obviously spent most of your time on fields, if you go down to permitter everything is cheaper, and the girls are way more fun. 60Peso rum and diet coke's all day 1, 200Peso' barfines. I do hate that stupid purchase a bottle of PArty Animal BS, but that is the new AC, and the Fields Ave bars are trying to avoid the term barfine altogether. In one bar a waitress told us she wasn't allowed to talk about bar fines, when we ask what the price was, she had to go get a mamasan to tell us. It is defiantly changing, and not for the better, but still a lot of fun to be had in Angeles.

I loved your reports McD. Just to put your mind at ease. It is very difficult for drivers to tamper with taxi meters these days as the LTRFB are the ones who seal them off and they are strict.

I think more likely the girl has come from Talisay or Toledo on the other side of Cebu island or even from Danao or further north and the meter reading would be accurate by the time they reached where you were picked up. Drivers often cut through that street near SM Mall coming from Mactan so I doubt it is a set up.

Don't worry about it. A few hundred pesos for entertainment and it might have ended up much better than it did.
