Also police can harass. A few month ago a report came regarding this place. Actually if you want to good service. There is no cheap place in Bangladesh. Because it is not a tourist favor county like Thailand, Malaysia, India etc.

Can you please tell what kind of report came regarding the place? And also where is the place now? Is it still running?

It's recommended safe.

Kader place was in Gulshan-1 just behind the Navana Tower. But now it is at Baridhara DOHS nearby United Hospital. Very good collection and very good service. If you want to visit there, first you need to find a local trustworthy friend, won't be easy.

Understand:

Kakoli bus stand is near Banani, the hotels starts just after the overbridge (30 metres from bus stand), there are a lot of middle man in the road you just need to walk, they will approach you.

Get in:

You could go there with bus, auto, rickshaw, just says to them "Kakoli bus stand".

Girls:

I went to Hotel White regency, the hotel has 6/7 floors and in each floor you have a lots of girls. VIP girls are in 5/6 floor.

There are all kind of girls, among them some are truly beautiful.

When I went there, the middle man first took me to the vip girls (in Bangladesh, vip girl have fair skin and often fat.), each VIP girl has one separated room. Then he took me to the normal girls, these girls are in one room. There was like 20/25 girls in one big room. One I entered in this room, I found one girl truly beautiful. I said to the middle man that I want this girl, so he negociated with the girl and the girl come with me and he took us in a room. For the price the middle man said 1000 takas, I said ok.

Once in the room, the girl just spread her leg and ask me to fuck her, I coudn't because there was a lot of people outside the room (It was Friday afternoon, so really a lot of people). Then the girl tells me that I paid a lot of money, for normal girl I should only pay 300 Taka and for VIP girl 700 takas.

As I could not fuck her, I ask her number to meet her another time.

So after going to hotel I call her back and tell her I want to meet her, and she said the best moment to meet her is in the morning, because she is "fresh", so we meet next day moring and I offer 1000 takas to the middle man for 1 hours, then go to the room and ask the girl to make me happy, and give her 2000 takas.

The girl did blowjob, a lot of positions (cowgirl, doggy.), then I seen this girl every day I was in Dhaka (5 times).

My advice:

The place is cheap, with with paying 5 USD you will not get any service. If you want the girl to make you happy, you should tip her (once you are alone with her), then she will try to make you happy.
