Once again, found myself at the Soi 7 Biergarten this afternoon. Actually seemed like there were less females than yesterday, but that might be an illusion/delusion. Did spot a few (by now) familiar faces. Actually saw Miss Royalty, who had spurned so many suitors yesterday, get pulled today. Seems she is very selective, no doubt higher maintenance, low mileage on the equipment her goal. Must work for her... she was back in 90 minutes...
Bumped into a couple of gregarious Brits, so found myself a bit distracted from the surveillance mode. Couple of times saw a nice pair pass by out of the corner of my eye, only to not know where they went by the time I turned around.
Decision time, decided to try a chance on Maturity, a lady I'd spotted yesterday but couldn't quite decide if I wanted or not, so eventually didn't. Now, I'm not saying she's a dragon, but if she was a milk carton in the fridge, you WOULDN'T be chugging out of it, but rather be taking a SMALL sip to test, so close to that expiration date.
Actually thought I'd missed my chance again, as while I was talking, she got swept up, QUICK negotiation, and out the door. But she was back within the hour, so it's either experience or disaster...
On her return, she was close enough to engage in conversation. And that's where the fantasy collided with reality...

Smoker's teeth, as in 3rd world smoker's teeth. Shame, because when she smiled, you just wanted to say "Please don't". Of course, it did take me a bit of time to work up to the face as the cleavage was legit.
Asked where she was from, she replied "Hong Kong". OK, maybe that was meant as a joke, but it was said seriously, or at least without a smile, which I was glad of (see above). Turns out she's 50/50, but PRC is not an unknown attribute to me.
"3rd strike you're out" was when I gave the oral questionnaire - bbbj ok, but cim... the grimace, combined with the "how much you pay [extra]" did it for me. Could be VERY wrong, but I had the feeling that her forte was "quick", not "nasty". Or maybe given the earlier success, she could be a bit more picky...
Wished her good luck, and threw it into reverse. Other places to be, so left. Nice thing about the Bier Garten, a new cast tomorrow.
And the broken pencil? This story has no point. You were warned.
No do not buy it at the pharmacies and especially not those around Sukhumvit. Most shops around there have "farang prices". And legal V is expensive compared to the same stuff or Cialis and the indian stuff (forgot the name) you can buy easily on the street. Where? Around Nana (soi 4) in the night or between soi 11 and 19; look at the street vendor stalls, some of them have it on sale. Good luck
Is this oldster you are referring to pretty tiny.
Possibly wearing red velvet(een)? May have run into her before.

United Airlines is cancelling flights to BKK because of the protests and violence. Can anyone give us a status report? Giotto, how about one of your great reports about the current situation?

Delta Airlines has the same warning. For those that might be flying on them.

UNITED only issued a travel waiver which means they will not charge you if you want to change your ticket. The waiver does mention canceled flights but I checked on their website and as of Monday morning BKK time, they are still showing all of their flights out as still available with tickets for sale. As far as I can tell they have not yet canceled any of the BKK flights either out or in.
I am watching this closely though as I am supposed to fly up to BKK from Singapore on Friday, the 30th. I hope I don't have to stay put in Singapore for that weekend. If I go I am booked into the Grand Hyatt, but if the Reds don't clear out by then, I will probably have to find somewhere else to stay.

If buying from a street vendor then check the use by date.
The generic version of Cialis is Apcalis...much better than Cialis, Viragra, Kamagra, etc imho, atleast for me.
The second pharmacy between Soi 4 and Bullies Pub on Suk (turn left at Suk if walking down Soi 4 at the service station) has all of the above at reasonable prices.

Must say that I was a little surpeised at the quality there on my last visit. Was there from about 4pm for an hour or so. For sure, there are some average ones, but a definate improvement from a year or so ago. There were about 6-7 facing you as soon as you walk in. Youngish, slim but had doubts about quality of service so didnt engage them.
