Medellin Reports

I arrived today in PTY on Copa. Good flight from Orlando. Cleared immigration and happened to bump into this beautiful Panamanian woman working the baggage counter. I am guessing 25 or so. In response to my inquiry below, thank you to those of you who truly understood my reason to post my question on this board and offered HELPFUL advise. To those other responses below, my original thought was to just ignore. But I thought I would clarify a few things as to the purpose of my post.

First, I think those that provided helpful information understood my reason for describing my girlfriend as a "tall, hot, blonde" in the CONTEXT OF SAFETY IN MEDELLIN. For those that don't understand and think I was 'boasting', let me break it down for you:

"Tall"- A woman that is tall is going to get noticed from across the street, whereas a woman that is average in height or short, most likely wouldn't get noticed unless she was up close.

"Hot"- Although "beauty is in the eye of the beholder", from my previous travels with her, men (and women) definitely do a double take when they see her, both in the states and abroad. Therefore, I'm assuming an attractive woman would get more unwanted attention then say an average looking or unattractive gringa.

"Blonde"- I realize that there are probably more blondes in MDE than in other parts of Colombia, but I'm sure if my girlfriend was dark hair, dark skin, and dark eyes, she would be more easily able to blend in and not draw unwanted attention.

"Bisexual"- I know better than to take "sand to the beach", but again in the the context of why I would even consider taking my girlfriend in my post, I was letting others know that I wouldn't necessarily be "sneaking" off to find a girl alone.

A few other clarifications:

1. We are not "swingers". We don't swap. We both like having sex with other women only. And although that is available somewhat in the US, for a man that is 40+ and a woman that is 30+ to find another girl as a "couple" for sex who is in her 20s, it is difficult. She is not "ashamed" of being bisexual and yes, in the US she can find a girl for herself, but I would be left out. For those of you that have had a chance to see a true bisexual woman with another woman (as opposed to "acting") , it truly is a turn on. 2. When I was traveling abroad alone, sex was not the primary reason. As a middle aged man after divorce, I liked getting the attention, feeling young and energetic, and feeling like a celebrity. Sex was just a secondary benefit of travel broad. I know there others of you that can relate to this. Don't get me wrong, sex with hot girls in their 20s is great by itself, but it was not the primary reason for my travels and it still isn't. I like the bars, or discos where the free-lance girls are. I'm not much into casas / massage parlors. However, I realize the MDE is mostly casas, but I figure that there may be a casa girl or a prepago that may want to play with both of us. Again, I would most likely do the trolling myself with my GF waiting back at our hotel.

I / we also just like to travel abroad and see new places and since MDE is the only place I haven't been to in Colombia where I want to go, that is the reason for my trip. I was debating on whether to go alone because of safety concerns for her and that is the purpose of my post below. If I do take her, we will then go to either Santa Marta, or Cartagena- places where I've been before and have a pretty good feel for safety for her.

3. In my travels, I have yet to come across any "hooker pussy" or "third world brownies" that wasn't just BEAUTIFUL after getting their panties off!
