If you are in a city where P2 P is normal (Manila, Cebu, AC) then once she says she is coming, she'll be there. Probably late but she will arrive.
In a provincial town expect many more no shows as your request battles with general nervousness, family duties, school, jobs and multiple jeepneys / trikes to get to you.
You will never have enough time to meet all the available girls. Prioritising is the solution.

I'm not sure of the details here, but I find 10% a bit low. Maybe you meant a 10% no show. When I'm in country and call a gal to make or confirm a date, most show up. And most of them put out, despite there being no discussion of sex beforehand.

Classic is one in Cebu. I contacted her from Manila. We talked on Skype every day. She said she is waiting for my arrival every day. At last the day comes. Her constant text to find out where I am till I boarded the plane. Plenty of texts while I was on the plane regarding arrival time which I read on landing. Her frantic texts saying why no reply. Obviously girl does not know I have no internet while flying unlike these days. On landing I texted her. Constant texts again to see where I am, what time I am in the hotel. Wait five minutes text again. No reply. Every five minutes text and wait for little more than an hour. No reply. By this time I had taken a shower and was ready. Thought something bad happened to her. Anyway went down to the casino, had couple of drinks, ate still no reply.
Found a nice looking freelancer waiting there. Small talk and into the room. Very nice GFE but not a great looker. Since I had texted the other girl my room number was afraid that a knock will come anytime. I thought maybe she does not have the load for texts. No knock. Some have success with contacting girls before arrival but I never have. I always make first contact when I'm in their town and want to meet today. I've had no success meeting anyone "when I arrive next Thursday at 12:30".
I'm guessing that your girl had some one turn up in town while you were in transit to "maybe" meet her. They always take the bird in the hand vs someone who may or may not eventuate.

If my first girl looks good, clean GFE I tend to keep her ignoring all others who I planned to be with. I am also known for breaking appointments.
I am not the type nowadays to have one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner. Maybe I loose out on some really cute girls but it is what it is. Once I am happy with a girl I am with no looking at the rainbow.

For some it just a front, like saying they only want a long term relationship, to pacify friends and family. If the opportunity arises these girls will jump at any opportunity for some $$$ or gifts.
Others, who don't need the money will be more selective. For these you will need looks, game or something more than an offer to make a quick 2000 p.
The only way to find out is to make contact and check on their expectations.
Be warned that the better looking girls have many options so often come with much baggage and a sense of entitlement. Looks and high rates do not always guarantee an awesome performance.

They say long term but that is often a cover for friends and family.
They state age ranges but I'm in my 60's and have seldom been turned down explicitly because of age.
The height and weights are often a straight guess, many of them have no idea how tall or how much they weigh, never measured or stood on a scale.
Cast a wide net then be selective as you narrow down the catch to pick the catch of the day. It only costs a few minutes to start a chat, I will have lots of on going chats with 10 to 20 different women at a time, They will as well so why not us too?

It is like the kid in a candy store effect on both sides.
