Experienced mongers often talk and work-out these specific details (along with groping) while they purchase lady-drinks for the chicas while in HK bar. If it matters to you whether you will get GFE treatment for things like a BJ or sex without a condom, or kissing on lips or on either person's body parts should probably be worked out in an interview conducted in the bar over drinks. If it matters to you whether you pay up front or afterwards (paga despues) should also be worked out & agreed to BEFORE going upstairs, not argued about once you both are upstairs in the hotel room.

Azul has to be the best and cheapest steak deal in Tijuana.

I can understand your frustration and I have also been frustrated at their nagging so you have to learn to step up or find a quieter bar.
