You right. The desperate and dumb people of pune has helped the SP's to jack up the prices like real estate in pune. Guys we need to negotiate hard with those selfish SP's and get the prices corrected.

I feel this could be due to. 1) few SPs are forum members and very politely requesting inde numbers so that they can bring them into business. Through them not as an inde. Which results in loosing the contact. Recently met one senior member for a coffee and HE confirmed the same. 2) there are many members with desperate plea. I m sure they must have got at least 2-3 contacts. But are not open to share experience. . 3) if there is any single positive FR, his PM is bombarded with hundreds of requests, followed by price hike. And not everyone has guts like Indiancurries to restrict them in open forum. Also few members have WhatsApp groups, where information is shared and forum remains dry all the time. Unfortunately I m also part of it but will improve now. Sorry for the lengthy post.
