Perfect competition is the only way where the customer is the king. There are 100's of SP working in Delhi. So to get repeat customers they need to give quality girls at a competitive price. There are incidents of hit and miss even in Delhi but it's not a regular occurrence. The first time l mongered in Delhi I told Delhi seniors I have a budget of 5 k ST, and all suggested to opt for CIS, at least give it a try and get a tick on your fuck list.

I still remember a incident where one self proclaimed HiFi SP in Kolkata sent me a CIS pic asking for 15 k ST, wasn't ready to negotiate. I had passed the same girl in Delhi at 5 k St cause better looking girls than her were available at the same price.
