Prices at Tangara (and Yankin).
When I was at Tangara a few days ago, I saw a sign posted on the wall. I don't really speak Portuguese, but if I understood it correctly, it said that prices were going to change later this week. Is that true? Could someone please confirm?
To follow-up my own post, I visited Tangara again today, and Susan confirmed that the price will increase starting this Friday to R120 for 30 minutes and R170 for 60 minutes.
Incidentally, when I visited Yankin, I think those were the same prices there, which have increased since the last time they were reported here on the forum.
I remember it this way.
Ice = gelo (like jello). Actually pronounced more like J-Lo as in Jennifer Lopez (yes I will have a coke with J-Lo please!)
Ice cold = gelado (like gelato).
Not to be confused with when you or the weather are cold (frio).
Laughing. And yet I still managed to get a Bailey's with ice, find nightclubs such as Bomboa, Beaches, Bahamas and Kilt and enough clinicas near Metro stations to have a great time in Sao Paulo. Many thanks to Jackson and his discussion board. Guys I really think Sao Paulo is one of the great mongering destinations in the world if not the best. I am taking another run at it next week.
