Does the FKK girls overanalyze it in the feminist way, or see it as derogatory? Do they only do it for the mens sex appeal (and ofcourse money involved from that), or also to improve self image? Do they have some self irony regarding it?
I know one girl well who does the lip botox. She has self irony regarding it. But do they all? Another girl I know very well did the nose job, but I barely saw any difference. If anything it got to me how little the nose stands out as a facial feature unless it really stands out in a bad way.

Her look kind of reminds me of porn star Shyla Stylez now -- or some wives of very wealthy men who can afford to pay for this type of surgery.
