Apartments can have prying eyes and if it's in neighborhood locality then people may become suspicious. Plus who knows when the host will come and issue objection to the clients. But the most important factor is WG, or Indies prefer hotels as compared to apartment. You can somehow take a WG to a hotel, but the thought of taking a WG inside an apartment is wierd.
