I will lay out the difference between Miari and 588.

Miari: It became an off-limit area to foreigners about a month ago. The pimps wanted to have a better image for the Korean customers (which I think is a load of sh*t).

I have talked with the Korean girls and they told me that the Korean men are more impolite, smell like rotton god-knows, and some of them even sh*t, fart, or throw up while doing it.

For the "A" row girls, the odds of meeting a tall, hot, and sexy babe is 20%. Choose her. You will be guaranteed to do french kissing, DATY, etc.

But if you go to 588, there is no gaurantee that you may do DATY or french kissing with the girl. It's a 50/50 chance.

So that is why I prefer Miari.

Without a doubt, overall 588 has prettier girls. But overall, the service is not as good as Miari.

In 588, the A rows are the all the mainstreets where the cars frequently go in and out.

You could say that the road where the cars drive in the opposite direction from Lotte Department (where the tunnel underpass is to the left) is the middle road and is the A+ row, and the street next to it, where the cars drive toward Lotte Dept. (the street is a lil more spacious) is like A- row.

Any shops where the grandma sits outside to grab you, or any alleyways far off in a corner where not many people walk back and forth, are considered B, or more commonly known as "semi-foreigner friendly" shops (I say semi because you can still be rejected from those). Also, if you're still not sure and want to figure out the difference between A and B? Simple. Just look at the lights in the rooms..the brighter and livelier the shop looks, the more likely it's A.

Rule of thumb for any new adventuring punters in 588 who aren't Korean like me: Expect to be rejected. I mean like ALOT. So don't be surprised or take it the wrong way. Maybe in B row, you'll have better chances but don't count on ANY A row girls, the mainstreet girls, to take you in. Unless you're Chinese or Japanese or look Korean, it's just not likely, especially with all the traffic and cars and other people in the streets around. The girls just won't look at you, and if you try to just force your way into the shop, the girl freaks out and the pimps come quickly around the corner. I've seen it happen a few times, and it looked pretty pitiful. Just try out whatever shops serve you, but don't be surprised by the amount of inhospitality.

Some girls will DFK - but you must catch them right. I have many so no to the DATY, but I have found the ones that will let you DATY usually will kiss too. I get around that by making sure that they "enjoy" themselves before I quit DATY, that usually makes them a little more aggressive and open. Not always, but greater than 50% chance of it.

Now the girls I have picked up in Iteawon. They are always GFE. Usually with a little prompting I get the DATY (some are shy) but one I get there - they love it.

Later that day, Sunday evening I went to Itaewon, and walked up the hill, I was literally pulled in to several bars. They were offering hj for 50,000, bj for 100,000 and fs for 150,000. I returned later that evening, found a very attractive lady who was not as pushy as the others, final negotiated prices were hj 40,000
bj 70,000 and fs 100,000 won.

Went to YJG with my GyoPo buddy the other day. I may have said this before, but I just want to repeat -- I really don't like going to YJG because there aren't that many shops that will accept foreigners, and the ones that do aren't to my taste (all pretty much overweight and nasty), plus it is so far away that it just seems like a pure waste of time going there and just coming back empty, yet I was bored enough to go with my friend.

I guess they just HAD to make it an 'official' rule now.

Anyway, I'm not sure if it's an actual rule or if it is some kind of 'underground law' that the pimps/mamasans/local gangs are now enforcing over there, but one of the girls basically told my friend that if any girl gets caught letting a Non-Asian foreigner inside, the girl will get in some serious trouble..I'm not sure hopw valid this is, but one thing I did notice was that there are now quite a number of groups of Korean men huddling and hanging out around certain corners of the place. Are they enforcers or gangs or pimps?

One funny thing I also heard about YJG: For the people who've been there, ever notice the strange incense smell that seems to be all over the place? I found out that that incense fragrance is used to ward off the ghosts and evil spirits in that area. I was told that there were a lot of people who died in that entire area, and they burn the incense to calm or soothe the ghosts. Seems they are pretty superstitious about that stuff.. nevertheless, it's still some pretty freaky stuff to think about.
