There's a big difference between Herpes viruses and the other STDs: you can spread it (and others catch) only when you have the bubbles, when it's in process, therefore you know you have it and anyway shouldn't be able to have sex (because of the bubbles) , because you'd feel pain or burning. Never sen a scientific article suggesting preventive prostatic echography.

1) 5 days without ejaculating.

2) 3 days without ejaculating.

3 days worked the best but when I tried this option I was using a new multivitamin and I think this was a huge contributing factor.

It would just show if you have calcifications, this meaning that in the past your prostate suffered infections (this doesn't mean HIV or similar, means just infections). It wouldn't tell you when, where, by whom, how strong, for how much time they lasted, etc. ; it would just tell you that you actually caught some infections in the past. It's just an info about your own health that you may be curious to know, since you can't go back into the past to take care of it, and the only way to prevent would be to pay more attention in choosing sex and sexpartners than we are actually willing to do. For scientific background, ask your doctor or search on the web, herpeses can be passed to others while in process, if they are in their "sleeping period", which is obviously the biggest part of an individual's life, they are harmless.

Are your hotel bookings fixed. Do you have a fixed itinerary? When you say Cologne does that include around Dusseldorf which is only 30 minutes away?

It is all personal opinion, but I would avoid Palace in Frankfurt. My preference in mid and north Hessen is always World simply because one can spend 12 hours there with no problems, but some people find the Ro / Bu monoculture a bit limiting.

Around Koln you need to decide if you are looking for a club for a day visit or a short visit

A nice small club (25-35 girls) , with free beer and many young beautiful women. Easy to reach with car or public transportation.

I am not looking for car hire and though dates are not fixed as yet but I do travel on fixed itinerary. So looking for 3 days in frankfurt and 2 days in kloen. I can travel by train for an hour if that means access to better clubs.

And few more queries before I finalize my plans Isn't GT (goldentime) unfriendly to tourists. I am no Caucasian but okay looking asian.

Going through the suggestions and forums I think I'll be good at Oase, Palace (sharky and touristy is okay with me but poor service really ruins my mood so If that' the problem please advise) in frankfurt and Samya and ACA (Sure it means acapulco of velbert 50 min from kloen).

If you are using train / bus, then GT is a bit of a trek. And its door policy seems to be a little racist, but I know that asian looking guys do get in. The main thing is to be smart and not go in a group (unless they are white). It really is not a fair attitude.

In Frankfurt don't forget easily accessible Mainhatten could be a possible venue if you are not happy with Palace / Oase.

If you using public transportation and are in Köln for 2 days I think Samya and LivingRoom are the best clubs to choose. Otherwise you will spend a lot of hours on busses and trains. Better to spend that time in the clubs with the girls!
