There is no "white light" scene in Barcelona.

Here are two places where a half-hour session is 70 euros in Barcelona. However, that session will be more GFE than what is generally described at the lower cost Athens scene and will include kissing and BBBJ, sometimes to completion in mouth if that is.

I don't recall seeing a cab rank on Filis Street, but there were always taxis outside the Novotel. The area around Filis is pretty seedy, but for what its worth, I never felt unsafe (even in the early hours of the morning).
