1. Lots of active-age men have emigrated. Left Latvia due to much higher salaries to UK, Ireland and Norway. Those are couple hundred thousand cocks out of your competition already.

2.75% of marriages gets divorced at age of 35-40, and that results in a mass of available Single (or Divorced) woman at that age. But they still look beautiful and beat most of WesternEuropean girls, even younger ones.
