Others are happy with the few options that do exist. So it all depends what tourist activities you desire. Be specific. So you mean cultural things. Museums and the like, do you mean active things. Golf, beaches etc. Etc. Be specific as to what constitute ACTIVITIES to you.
Prices. Hotels in AC are more expensive than Thailand on avg. Less choices in food and the quality of the food is not as good as Thailand in general.

Don't treat us like your employees, we can answer questions but you still need to work out what is that you want to do and read the forum. I think you need to work out first what is it that you want out of this holiday and where mongering fits on your agenda before deciding how much time you want to spend or even locations that you may visit. As others suggested BKK, PATT, AC an MNL are all great places but they are different. If as you say getting cultured during the day and getting screwed at night is your thing then Pattaya and AC should only be side trips for you where you spend 2-3 days max, so perhaps instead of working out which is better maybe you should be reading up about BKK and MNL. Work out what activities you want to do on the holiday then work out which cities can provide that for you then go and read up on the relevant boards and ask the questions there. Pay Jackson the $19. 95 and you can PM and others if you need any further help.
To confuse you a bit more, since you mentioned GFE have you though of getting a GF / Tour Guide? Its quite common in Phils, you can get a girl to show you around the place, take you to few other cities and screw your brains out at night or wherever else you desire. It shore makes those long MNL taxi rides more enjoyable. Hooking up with the right girl maybe ideal for what you have in mind. Same goes for Thailand although the language barrier may be a problem but find the right Bangkok girl and see the city better then any rip of tour that you may end up doing.

On Perimeter Road price is from 1100 peso to 1650 peso. Perimeter Road is good during the day but most bars close around midnight. Fields kicks off in the afternoon with most bars being open till 3-4 am. There are few 24 hour bars too. Santos St (blow job row) has bars that have ST barfine at 700 peso, depending on the bar ST can be 2 or 4 hours. Santos bars also have LT BF but I have no idea what the price is.
There are NO specialty clubs like Club Eden but you can still get your 3some experience. Almost every club has few girls willing to do it. I suggest you speak to mamasan if you are in hurry and she can help you out otherwise keep asking the girls you find attractive. Beware some may agree to barfine but unless you are specific and explicit once in the room they may be shy to perform in front of each other. You need to be VERY specific and make sure they understand what you want. You will find girls willing to do whatever you desire but you need to ask and be very clear before you barfine. Santos St has few tag teams, perhaps that may be a good start for you.
I have no probs with anal in AC although many other punters have said its rare. I ask upfront and I am discrete but I know many others do the same so who knows maybe I have been lucky LOL. Bottom line is this is a city where money talks so I am sure you will think of something. All are regular bars with girls and some have shows, special celebrations like anniversary etc. Only speciality bars are BJ bars on santos street. They do BJ or / and full service upstairs for a fee. There are some massage places who do everything.
Only the mamasans know who likes who and which girl will do what. So the best bet would be to ask the mamasan. Once again money is the motivator. I am sure with enough enticement anything is possible.
