I also can't help you with the Nihon ika stuff. Glad you had a nice time at Himawari.

Century 21 closed about 10 years ago if I am thinking of the same place. (BJ bar on Center-gai. Close to where Forever 21 is currently located. On the 2nd or 3rd floor.)

(Can you understand Japanese)?

Like "wakarimasu", the word "rikai" also means understand, and the entire question would be akin to "Nihongo ga rikai dekimasuka?" or "Shisutemu ga rikai shimasu ka?"

Yes.

There's no card. They ask you for a fake name (gimei). I always go by "Ken". The tencho will ask you if you've been with the girl before. The girls collect the money directly at the hotel, and will remember you for sure since they have only one gaijin customer afaik.

The service is very good at this shop. The girls are mature, polite, honest and hardworking. I have learned through experience to double-check the start and finish time with the girl before play begins no matter what shop I use.
