Damn. Always Horny on all your post you get a ton of feedback!
I keep debating whether or not to book a return trip to Sosua this December. I had a great time this past June when I introduced a couple of newbie friends, but this time I will be flying solo.
What's the issue? My experience the first time in Sosua was so intense that it was hard to leave my chica. She was so fine and passionate that I only spent time with her. My last trip was totally different. I maybe had a couple toward the end that were close to being the type to "wife up", but I guess I corrupted myself at the beginning of my trip by banging three chica's the first night.
I'm unsure if I can justify this solo trip just from the lure of sport fucking. Since I am alone, I would rather find that rare jem AND establish a connection. I'm not an idiot. The fantasy for the both of us will end once it is time to return to the US. However, I want to avoid the business like feel of the experience.
Yes, there are still scores of women to choose from. Some grade A, but most of them seem to be about the money. I'm not overly excited by a pretty face nor do I just throw money around for the hell of it. I'm not so old or unattractive that I'm fucking someone out of my league. Not tooting my horn, but I pull grade A in the States. If only they didn't make my head hurt and require expensive dates. Moving along, I understand why some men get as many experiences as they can, but I would easily choose to have this next trip more like my first than last.
I know the Sosua scene has changed. Some blame the new clientele, but I think the economy plays a role as well. These are tough times for everyone and some of these chicas have way too many people depending on them, so they try to maximize their earnings. We sometimes get caught up in the game and allow the scene to dictate our behavior.
Those of us that prefer a GFE, I think we need to exert our style more. Maybe this will help change the tide some. Or is it too late? I figured that if I came to Sosua the second week of December that maybe I could find the elusive non pro just making some cash for Christmas?
I got to hand it to you, your.
Observations, garner a helluva lotta feed back. Youd be wise to listen young jedi.
I am a rookie looking for advice.
Mr. Gogo,
In all due respect, You are doing some of the members here a great disservice when you paint with a very broad brush and exaggerate the current state of affairs in Sosua.
"They have stopped all daytime activities". I guess a dorked out newbie with no spanish that did zero research and went to Latino's at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and hid inside would say there is NO daytime activities but someone that read this board would know that if they really wanted to get laid in the daytime you could go to Passions or GMP, you could go to any number of "massage" places, you could go and have a beer at New Garden and see who is hanging around there or sit in the restaurant near the street and be guaranteed to be given"the look" several times within 30 minutes. Or get phone numbers the night before and arrange for a "date" the following afternoon. True, there aren't 200 girls prowling Pedro Clisante in the middle of the afternoon but there is daytime activity, you just have to take a different tact.
"GFE is out". It is certainly available but any monger worth his salt knows that GFE probability is at least 50% on the guy. Zero spanish skills, no personality, poor hygiene, etc. Will get even the sweetest girl turned off. During the "interview" process which for me includes a drink or two, I can usually pick up a vibe, good or bad and from there it is a crap shoot and that goes for everywhere on the planet I have been, I have done pretty good in Sosua. I can't speak for everyone else but from reading the reports most members find GFE, read Coolies report, he was fighting them off with a stick.
"Airline prices have doubled". I just checked JFK-POP for October 26th. November 2nd and the price was $461. In the 7 years I have been going to the DR the lowest I ever paid was about $315. I think, a $150. Increase not exactly a bone (are) crusher. Every one of my expenses here in the states has gone up in those 7 years, it's called inflation. Truth be told, today the exchange rate was 38. 35 to the dollar so me thinks the DR is still a pretty good deal.
This of course is just my opinion.
Dear Sir,
I have newer been to DR before and planning my first trip this coming January.
I can see from your post that you have quite a bit of experience partying in DR, so I wanted to ask you if you could share some of your wisdom with a first timer such as my self.
For example: which city in DR you think is the best for hooking up with girls, what is the reasonable going rate for a couple of hours with a good looking chick, what is a reasonable rate for a hotel with a good service, air conditioned, clean rooms and private bathroom, close to the beach, and any other tips you might have.
I would really appreciate your advice.
Hope to get a feed back from you.
Thank you, Bman
Coolie Angels, State of the SU, GFE and a partridge in a pear tree
Coolie wasnt banging chics that hangout in Sosua, he had an angle. Junior had normal girls from Puerto Plata. Junior also knew what kind of girl Collie wanted and made sure he got VIP treatment. Coolie wasnt wasting time trolling Sosuas streets. He wanted GFE types and SWITCH many of them. I think he fell in Classicos once and that was with his"Coolies angels". And after viewing his pics and not knowing any of his girls, I can say Junior did him justice.
Coolie Angels LOL. I think I like the sound of that. I remember I was walking on my tip-toes with honeys behind me rocking the Kangoo hat. Man I'm missing Sosua right about now.
BTW I'm staying out of this one between you and Mani. Both of yaw been going back and forth on the state of Sosua all year. In my eyes yaw both made valid points. I will say this, I still would recommend any newbie to come and visit Sosua. There's no reason why ANY man can't still find what he's looking for in Sosua.
Hell I believe my man TomJackin is about 10mins away from hopin the boarder and getting with honeys in Tijuana for as low as 20bucks. But he's already on his 8th trip this year alone (ok I'm exaggerating a little bit) to Sosua. And his Spanish is as about as bad as mine which is GA-BAGE.
To me TomJackin sums up the state of Sosua for this year. It's still worth the time and money to come and visit.
Another episode of C'MON MAN

Thank you, Bman
This post is worse than bad comedy! Bman please RTFF! All it takes is a little time and effort on your part to read past post and youll have all your questions answered. FYI its bad etiquette on this forum to ask help from an OG monger such as Mr. Gogo and others that's already provided guidance to your answers
