Just returned from my annual pilgrimage to Seoul. Banged around Itaewon for the week with old friends. Hit the hill a few nights. Not much has changed there. Forgot to look for Kay on Saturday night. Yes there are sometimes police and / or MPs around but I haven't heard of any raids. The girls know when they are around and just keep their doors shut until the coast is clear.
