It could be interpreted that it is a public health law. Since the German government has to pay for healthcare if an infection occurs then it has an interest in reducing the infections. I've met quite a few sharks who would think that tag hilarious) they needed no protection as they had choice. Nobody compels BBBJ. I appreciate they would say the competition means those not offering are prejudiced but that is no different to other services. Some girls offer anal and other do not. I rather suspect the new law is political rather than to offer protection. What is valid is this: it is very clear from reading most of the FKK threads that 1st July law has had little or no impact at all on girls policies in FKK. I think the moaning and whining about the new law and its effects or costs should cease. It's nonsense and not borne out by reality. It was never going to change. It's not enforceable. We already have a real example in Bavaria where BBBJ service has been illegal for some time. What I found was that BBBJs in Bavaria were easily available. That service is not going to go away. You're right about that. But for the overwhelming majority of the providers I dealt with in Bavaria, they wanted 50 euros more to do BBBJs. This in in Bavaria, which is of course in Germany. So, what's to say that the exact same service delivery model for BBBJs won't develop all over the country?
The girls move around. And even if many don't, they meet other girls who have worked in Bavaria. They talk and share notes. So, many of them already know what was going down in Bavaria before BBBJs were made illegal nationwide. I think it's fair to say that BBBJ service is not going away for many of the points you made, but the impact of the new law on price remains to be seen.
