There is an ongoing debate on code of conduct for new members & regular members. Without any intention to hurt anybody's sentiments or senstivities either new comers / regular members or senior members and everybody on ISG since I am a regular member myself and I have found the ISG discussions to be very healthy. At the same time I would like to empathize with both the senior members & the regular members / new joinees as well for the following reasons:

1. Senior members.

A. They have loads of experience and have built up their database with lot of hard work.

B. They are right in mentioning the risk of unregulated sharing of info in terms of both costs and also the risk of exposure of places where we monger.

2. Regular / new members.

A. Like me or MB and so many others on ISG are bit more enthusiatic being new to the mongering scene and the loads of interesting info available on ISG and sometimes make mistakes of passing on info which otherwise should have been passed off with caution or permission a mistake I think many of the senior members would have done during their early days.

B. New guys like us are not aware of the code of conduct in ISG and even I am trying to learn the ropes by going through various posts in different threads.

C. New guys like me who are new in a city or in ISG though not always new to mongering like to get more info not in terms of creating a black book (though there would be some rotten eggs amongst the new guys and also maybe amongst the seniors as well like maybe some smart SP trying to bias us or cloud our judgement) but primarily to ensure safe mongering and reduce risk of being cheated or being over charged which I think is the prime objective of this forum.

My suggestions are as follows:

1. The seniors can help forming a code of conduct for the new / regular members so the genuine new guys are aware of what they need to do and not cross the line, also the seniors will know their info is safe and they get due credit whenever they pass on the info.

2. It can also include a list of points which could help a new guy on ISG to identify any rotten eggs in ISG so that they do not pass on info to the wrong guy.

Some suggested points on the code of conduct though I would love to have more suggestions from both regular and senior to make ISG more monger friendly and risk free:

Code of conduct.

1. If any member seeks info such as contacts from other members please seek permission prior to passing on the info to somebody else.

2. Try to post not only FRs of mongering which went well but also on problems faced during mongering this will help all the fellow members to avoid issues faced during mongering.

Now I leave it up to all the forum members to debate if such a code is really required, since it is really painful to see that 1 mistake though it may not have been due to bad intentions since there was an intention of helping out a another guy on the forum has lead to poisoning of the healthy atmosphere which normally exists on this forum.

After reading MontiBhai issue and Seniors outburst on it, I feel it can happen with new members because of their excitement of getting new info, trying to be known amongst all & even been recognised as helpful or worthy members. They don't know anything about pros and cons of this which you all have experienced with time. We have to admit not everybody is smart or careful enough to understand this from the beginning & I feel while helping us initially seniors could clearly warn & mention do not share, this will guide & even induce some fear too in newbies mind. This mess can be reduced and those who despite being warned continued doing so willingly shall be boycotted.

I just expressed what I felt you can have different opinions on it, I did not intend to offend anybody.

Just chill out. News travels anyway. Black books trust me are not of much use. I built one but the girls moved. Numbers changed. The info on that is totally useless now. The landscape changes so rapidly it's very difficult to keep up. My advice. Keep experimenting and trying new things! And give the old ones a go once in a while to keep the contact alive!

I don't think an actual code of conduct is required in writing. That would turn this into another issue look up the bible Koran and other religious "codes of conducts" set in paper. Won't even go there LOL.

It wasn't about putting things in rules and organising them it was a small issue thats been resolved don't go around sharing no. S left right and centre and if you want to share a no. Sourced from a member the least one can do is ask that member if he approves go ahead whats the harm?

Do we really need to write all this out. It's common sense. Its just a question of being courteous.

Tried spa in very high end spa in very big 5 star hotel in CBD ground.
