Pretty safe. Never had the 4hr erect prob that people have with Viagra.

Possible to get it for RM150 for 4 X 20mg pills (original not generic) from my regular pharmacy. Half a pill lasts for 3 days (YMMV) so it's a better investment in my books. In addition, similar to Levitra, it works on stimulation (mental or physical :p) what you could almost call creating an "on demand" availability:D.
