Another god spot for a New Help would be the Clube Israelita Brasileiro on R Rabata Ribeiro (tv R Santa Clara). The club sometimes holds big forró-parties. I've been there once and the building would be very suitable. Of course the prefeitura would propably do everything possible to avoid a New Help.
Another option for a New Help could be the disco Mariuzinn on Av NS Cop 435. Mariuzinn is popular among locals, they would propably not appreciate the place turning into a puteiro. However if enough gringos goes there, the GPs would follow like flies on shit. Just speculating.

I have lived in Copacabana nearly the entire year of 2006 and 07 and my local friends used to take me there with local non pro Brasilieras. I end up dating few of them for short term. One 21 why / old was from north Brazil who came to Rio to sponsor a domestic product in various locations of Zona Sul supermercado and elsewhere. I end up sleeping with few of them but when I add in their entry fee to the club, drinks, food, and cab fare (which I voluntarily paid) , it wasn't so cheap. Nevertheless, in Mariuzinn, they require CPF card to get in, however, a friend of mine knew the one of the bouncer at that time who let me in once I slip him a R$20 note. Currently, they are strict with I'd's though. In addition, I found out that it's very difficult for a group of guys to get in on Fri or Sat night after 11 or so. I once or twice spotted a help GDP there who were either hanging out with their clients or bfs. Rio is reaching it's downfall, in terms of a p4p scene. I'm flying within few weeks and I'm already worried due to lack of options. Star Cris is the only daytime escort agency option left which I hope doesn't shutdown before I get there. Centaurus, Solarium, and 65 are ridiculously expensive. IMO, Monte Carlo (Tues only) , Cancun, and 4x4 are the only Termas left with a little rational prices.
