So, I am back in the lovely Sao Paulo for a week.

The problem of overpaying is not so much as meeting your 10 and giving her the price she asks. It's more of throwing money at girls when they aren't asking for it. Eg. Uncalled-for tips in Tangara, offering USA rates without asking the price first, and in general lavishing girls with the money that they didn't ask for and didn't expect. We don't want to equalize the worldwide rates to the american insanity any more that we want the worldwide healthcare system to keep people just one broken leg away from bankruptcy.
Getting there and back.
Buenos Aires Ezeiza airport (EZE) is about 3 hours from Sao Paulo and it's well-connected to the rest of the world. Quite a few passports can get in with no visa. The airport is not super busy but depending on the size of your plane and how many people are ahead of you, the wait at the passport control and the customs can be 30 minutes or longer. The process is standardized and reasonably efficient. The border officer will take your photo and take your thumbprint, both entering and leaving the country.
Uber *does not* work in Argentina (it requires a credit card from Argentina in order for it to work, which obviously travelers won't have – but the application will look like it's working until the moment you try to book a ride, at which time the app will fail).
There's an "official taxi" stand at the airport terminals just by the exit. They are 100% legit, with a flat rate to downtown Buenos Aires being about US $30, they actually take cash USD and EUR, they take credit cards too but there's a slight surcharge. Pay at the stand and their employee will take you to the taxi and hand you over to the driver.
That same company will pick you up downtown and take you back to the airport for 990 pesos (about $22) and can be scheduled via whatsapp. The scheduling dispatcher can write in English. To get that special rate, they only take Argentinian pesos in cash. So just save a 1000 for the return trip.
Money.
ATMs have an insane surcharge of 279 pesos (about $6) **per transaction** and withdrawal limits are currently at 4000 pesos (about $90). Yes it's usury. But there's no way around it. Bringing foreign cash and trying to exchange it has a host of challenges with it (finding a place to do it, making sure it's during work hours, etc). Foreign currency is not popular with the girls. But Schwab bank **will** reimburse this fee. Most ATMs take foreign cards and dispense cash. There are a few ATMs in the airport but you have to look for them. But they are there.
Getting around.
Buenos Aires downtown-ish area is incredibly walkable. In less than half an hour can walk pretty much anywhere within the downtown area.
While Uber is not working, the local taxis are plentiful, cheap (pay by the meter and it's very reasonable – 100-200 pesos gets you anywhere within the downtown area) and the drivers seem to be honest. They rarely speak any foreign language so I generally just walk to avoid the language barrier, sometimes I take the taxi back to the hotel, which is simplified by taking a hotel card that has an address with you.
Sleeping, eating, etc.

Airbnbs are plentiful – read reviews.
Food is likewise plentiful. My favorite are empanadas (filled pastries). Fancy touristy places are IMHO overrated.
Seeing the city.
There's a number of free walking tours available. A great way to get your bearings. Takes about 2-3 hours.

The girl will usually quickly respond with a standardized message describing her location, rates, and work hours. Only some of them work on weekends. They also usually include specifics (such as anal) and whether they do BBBJ (bucal sin) – obviously can be clarified to suit your needs. Mine are rather basic so it hardly ever becomes an issue. The girls are generally booking a little in advance but could be available immediately.
Most girls have their own rooms for meetings, but there are a few that would go to your hotel. I haven't tried the latter type (no real need to). Rooms usually are pretty basic but shower is available as well as a towel.
The cost I've seen ranges from 1500 to 2000 pesos ($34-44) for an hour. Half an hour is also available but I used that option only once. In some cases there are 2-girl specials, could be 3500 for that.
The girls generally have a good, friendly attitude. They spend the entire hour with you, usually lots of hugging and kissing. BBBJ is common. The deed can be done as many times as you can manage.
Basically there are 2 types of girls at those sites:
- true private providers. She would have an apartment just to herself (or at least a room), puts up her own ad, manages responses, generally those apartments are in better shape.
- agency or group apartments. Still every girl would have an ad with her pics but someone else would handle the messaging and scheduling.
Photos could be hit or miss. Generally from what I've seen there's decent enough resemblance in over 50% of the photos. But to be honest I haven't met a girl who's truly ugly from these ads. Well, actually I did meet a surprisingly big girl and not very pretty. But she more than made up for it with her friendly attitude and her tongue skills.
The response rate is very close to 100%, and if they don't respond right away they're probably busy and they will respond when they become available. They generally provide all necessary information in the first message. The price for the hour and half an hour, approximate location, work hours (generally until 7-8-9 pm, some girls work weekends while others don't) and what they include (BBBJ / anal). Making an appointment is also super easy and they are punctual. The districts "Microcentro" and "Tribunales" are very easily accessible and generally safe (of course use common sense) and most girls are within 10-15 minutes walk within that area.
I used google translate to communicate, never had much problem. If the doorman at the building asks where you're going just show him the address. Never got any hard time from any doormen.
Elevators in the buildings are tricky. If it's on your floor, the 2 sets of doors you open by hand. Make sure you close them both when you exit the elevator, or the next person won't be able to call it.
Additionally, different elevators or elevator banks can serve different apartment numbers. E. g. If you are going to an apartment 10 F, you get to the 10th floor and only see apartments A,be, see, the – then you likely need to go back down and find another elevator bank.
Are you going to find gorgeous 10's at those places and have crazy parties, booze, and sex through the night? Probably not. But if you are looking for that warm girl-next-door who would do you for a $40 feeling, this is the place to get it.
Took Uber back to my hotel (BTW, an Uber select private car cost around R12 each way to Tangara), picked up dinner from a grocery store, and got more rest. Later in the evening, I was trying to decide between Kilt Show (recommended by ABG below) or Casarao. After going back and reading earlier messages about Kilt Show, I decided to give Casarao a try instead.
I got to Casarao around 11:30. I was a bit confused by the entry, which I now realize was either R40 all consumable or R20. Paid R40 but probably should have just done the R20. Oh well. Given what I had read in earlier reports, there were a lot more people there than I expected, maybe 60-80 girls and slightly more men. Plus, the quality was overall better than Tangara, same low end (even a couple of the same girls from Tangara) but on the high end maybe 3-4 girls that I would put in the 8-9/10 range in looks. All shapes and sizes, hair colors, skin colors. Between the ground floor and lower level, it took me a long time to get a feel for the place and check out the talent.
Those 3-4 girls were the ones I was considering. I spoke to a few girls to get a sense of how this worked, and most were quoting R250 for 30-40 minutes (plus R40 to the club for the room). Eventually, I took a girl named Alini (a blond with a pretty face and obvious implants (which are not normally my thing). We negotiated for a bit, and eventually we agreed on R350 for 1 hour of tudo (including anal) plus R80 for the room. She was nice enough, but she was not quite my speed (more PSE than GFE), so I would not repeat.

I walked 20 minutes to get to Red Massagem. The lady at the front desk was nice, and although she didn't speak English, she had a 'menu' in English. There were about 10 girls there, but the talent was in the 4-5/10 range in looks to my eye, so no one really met my spec, and I decided to head out.
After another 10-15 minute walk, I arrived at Abbobora Massagem. It's a little confusing to find the entrance, which is on the side of the building by the carpark, not the door facing the street. The lady at the front desk didn't speak English, but she was also not very nice or patient. The talent here, however, was clearly better, in the 6-7/10 range in looks by my standards, maybe 10-15 girls. Finally, I walked about 15 minutes to get to Moema Prime. No English, nice lady. About 5 girls in the 4-6/10 range again. It wasn't happening for me, so I left.
So, overall, I visited 5 clinicas (Red, Abbobora, Miruna, Enjoy, and Prime). Of those, the quality of girls was pretty similar (and not very good), except for Abbobora, which was clearly better. Of course, this is just my opinion, and only for this one timepoint on Monday afternoon.
My tour completed, I walked back to my hotel, stopping to pick up a late lunch / early dinner at a grocery store and also stopping by Shopping Ibirapuera and Banco Santander to withdraw more money for the rest of the week. It took me about 20 minutes to get back to my hotel.
At this point, I see Tangara as the best clinica option. Yes, the price is the lowest. But also, the management is nice and really helps to facilitate things. Plus, the girls hang out in the lounge area when not in the room, so it's easier to talk to the girls and make special requests or confirm services. And the quality of girls is similar in all places, although at least when I visited, Tangara had a wider range of girls' looks (from among the worst I had seen in the clinicas to among the best). I haven't yet visited Brooklin, Ceci, Donna, Yankin, or Vani's Way, but I'm not sure if it's worth it to schlep out to all of those places.

There are random gems that could be found at any clinic. The best times to see all the girls is early afternoon, when they are already working but before the crowds start arriving. Probably 1 pm or so is optimal for the first visit.
Also I saw in your earlier report that you were put off by the girls in Tangara who seemed cold or annoyed. I've seen that before, girls who seem cold, annoyed, or disinterested. But their attitude magically changed when we got to the room. So it may be productive to give them a chance if you find the face to your liking. Also, Tangara has a Whatsapp group they can sign you up for and they send out girls lists and photos throughout the day.
