Red Shirt Demonstrations in Bangkok
Guys,
Today it makes sense to be careful out there, again.
The Government will start to seal off the Rajprasong Intersection area, to move troops in place. Nobody knows right now whether this is just a measure to put pressure on the demonstrators, or whether the situation will escalate.
Don't go near to any of those areas:
- Rajprasong Intersecton / Ploenchit / Siam Square
- Silom / Patpong / Sathon Road
- Pratunam / Panthip Plaza / Sri Ayyuttaya
Remember - whenever the situation escalated there were bomb/grenade attacks in the surrounding areas. Don't go even close to those mentioned areas today.

Right now ongoing:
Gunfire and explosions around Silom Complex.
Seh Daeng, the leader if the militant arm of the red shirts, was obviously shot in the head.
BTS service is stopped.
Be careful out there, guys!

Traffic chaos everywhere.
Sukhumvit (upper part) is a parking lot. Rama IV too.
Looks to me that major junctions are blocked, and the military is preparing a major operation.
Stay safe, guys. The hotel is a good place tonight!
