I am an avid scuba diver and hobbiest and looking for the best places to do both. With Campo closed in Curacao, Pachie's small and likely closed in Bonaire, I'm looking for the best places to go for both diving into the sea, and diving into beautiful women on land. Now that Europe is slowly starting to reopen which Country would you pick for at least one weekend for clubs? I can probably swing at least Frankfurt, Zurich or Vienna for at least a day and a half.

Good call, I haven't looked much into Spain or Portugal. It does seem that while parts of Europe are starting to re-open a trip isn't worth it. Yet. Looks like Asia and Australia will be closed or complicated for another year. Sigh.
