Hawaiian Airlines has a $200 discount special between Honolulu and Manila. Book online by Nov 15 and complete travel by Nov 30. I finally gave in. Roundtrip was $522.

Strangely enough, my second privately arranged flight to Phipippines was Korean Airlines for 500 bucks, during the first Gulf war. It was one year open and I sold the return ticket a year later for 300 dollars. Nothing like a war to keep prices down.

I have few question that I hope you can answer and help me with:

1) I plan to fly from Manila to Cebu at Dec 1st. How long before I have to make the flight reservations?

2) Is it possible to buy tickets at the airport at the same day?

3) There is a virgin girl that I chafing with about a year and I want to buy her flying tickets from South to Cebu to meet her in Cebu. Any one of you done such a thing before? I'm not going to send her money, but buying her a fligth ticket.

i have book a ticket one day or same day advanced in manila many time before, there are many flight a day and there are many travel agent in town can help you book ticket before you head to the airport.

be careful about meeting girl on the internet many are ****, you might get to meet the whole family or spend time in the cebu jail.

I will be returning to the promised land around Oct. 7- Oct.25 give or take a couple of days. My plate is half full with normal girls, but plan on trying a couple of bars for those nights when I run in to a dud or a no show.

Could use a wing man, will be traveling in mostly Cebu and Davao, no set schedule yet.

Flying into MNL/Aquino Nov 2-7; 1st time in PI and wondering if anyone's got any input for decent indie hangouts downtown area. I'm 48 and in good shape, retired US military if anyone wants to connect.

Hope to get out to Quezon Ave and maybe next trip to Angelas city. Technically biz trip but might think of purchase or rental for long term if the girls are anything near what I expect (had more than my share of stateside PI girls and luv 'them).

Anyone tried it? Is it compareble with others? Thai,L-Hansa?

My friend just used it recently on our trip to Cebu (I used CX). He said that for business class you can´t beat the price ($3,000 from LAX). Said in back was packed and he noted a strong disagreeable odor emited from that section when deplaning, but only about half full in business the day he returned to the U.S.. He suggested trying to get a seat downstairs, evidently the seats are wider or something.

I'll be heading to AC on the 17th, and then back to Manila on the 19th so if we cross paths then lets get a drink. I'm going to take Swagman's up if it's still running.

Been out of commish for a while now, hunkered down in Korea. But heading back to PI on the 16th. One great thing about being here is Cebu Pacific is cheap. I'm not sure if I will be riding the planes with livestock, but can't beat the deal.
So I'll be posting my experiences with the DIA girls, and since the last time I was there I got really bogged down with all the meetings, I'm doing a quick trip to AC before I do it again.
