I live in Cartagena and spent two weeks in Cuba in Jan. of 2004. Cuba really sucks.

I have received things in Cartagena mailed to me from the US via regular US mail. You could also use DHL or FedEx or other similar service.

They have offices all over Colombia, and I bet they even have an outlet in Miami if you want to send hardcopy. Depending on which part of Cali, Fedex or DHL might not go there (ie aguasblancas). Send me a PM and I'll see if I can help you.

Had good/bad luck with USPS 6 weeks ago. That is to say I mailed a package to Cali ($12 and change) but it took 6 weeks for it to arrive at the chica's house.

From what I have read elsewhere, USPS delivers to a US gateway and they contract the last leg out plus local delivery. Have read some horror stories on another site regarding using USPS though.

That being said, FedEx/UPS are unbelievably expensive $55-60 for the same package.

I tried calling the Servitrenga office in Miami but no luck.

I have been contacted by individuals wanting to know where to go in Cali with all the usual questions a guy has before he takes a trip, especially the first time.
I recommend that one research these pages for as far back as 6 months to get a feel of what others have done and posted. Ask specific questions on this page and many will help with specifics.

For me the Cali things has been quite nice. I am mixing business, medical treatment and women in every trip.
