It's the weekend in the middle of the Shopping Festival. I think the tourists are driving things up. Go to Premier on a weeknight near the end of the month (last 3-4 days) and you can get some deals. A lot girl told me that they don't even bother going out the last 3-4 days of the month because everyone is broke and waiting for their paycheck. I've gotten them down to 1000 and below on these day. Timing is everything. My 2 cents.

This past Friday night went to check out Ratsky club at Karama Hotel in Bur Dubai. Got there around 12:30-1am. Cover is 75 AED and includes one drink. The place was very crowded. Live Filipino band that had some hot chicks dancing and singing. Its was actually pretty good entertainment.

Its basically all Filipino girls here. Some African girls. Noticed several good looking Filipino's. BUt the place is so crowded, its hard to relax and enjoy without getting bumped. There's probably more guys here than girls. Its a fairly large place, with both a seating section and standing areas.

Noticed this one cute girl standing by the bar, so approached. Started talking, going well. She's 24 years old, and been in Dubai for a few weeks. Decided to take for the night, she was asking 600 AED, I offered 500 plus her taxi back. She agreed. But she wanted the money right then in the bar. Said she had to pay her boss before she could leave. Well I was taken back by this. I said I would pay her in the hotel. But she couldn't, she had to have the money now because of her boss. Weird. I wasnt going to hand over cash to someone I met for 15 minutes in a very crowded bar and "hope" she comes back. So, instead I got her number and said I would call tomorrow afternoon to arrange something. Let's see how that works out.

So left her and walked around a bit. It was getting late and didn't quite know what to do, given my potential "date" for tomorrow afternoon. Talked with some other girls, and hung around until the place closed. Walked outside and there was a big scene going on out here. Lots of hustling. Thinking about it, it probably makes sense to come to the club around 2:30am and hang around outside and hook up with the girls then.

Approached these three Filipno girls. The one girl interested me. Asked if she wanted to party with me. She was asking 500 AED until morning. So basically for 3-4 hours. I agreed. Once again I had to pay the money right then and there. She would give it to her friend to give to the boss. This is too weird. I couldn't convince them I would pay her in the hotel room. So another dead end. Continued hanging around. Over heard guys offering 300.

Tried once more with this one girl. Same situation, had to pay first. This time I was talking to the madam boss. There were actually two bosses. Both looked like mid thirties Filipino women. I basically told her that "you want me to trust you first but you don't trust me". To which she replied, if you don't like you have to do it, and walked away. Apparently these madam bosses had like 7-8 girls around them who I gathered she "controlled". Because the situation was the same with the other guys negiotiating with the girls. The girls all came back to the madam bosses to get the approval. In the end no deals were done and all the girls and the madam bosses left in taxis.

I never heard about paying first at the club before you could take the girl with you. But looks like thats the setup here. At least with some of the girls. Thats a shame, there were one or two cuties there that I really wanted to take back. I may have to take the risk next time and try it out.

I also checked out St. George's hotel in Deira earlier in the night, around 10:30pm. Went up to the 10th floor, there's 3 clubs up here. Each has its own cover charge, around 100 AED. Each club has its own DJ. At this time of nigth there was basically no one in the clubs. So went to the bar on the first floor, Tivoli. Lots of tables and a bar. Pool table in the back. Obvious WG's hanging around. No cover to get in. But beers are 38 AED ($10). Looks like the girls were waiting around until 11:30pm stuck because thats when most of them left for the bars upstairs on the 10th floor. A fight broke out over the pool game in the back and some guys got tossed out.

There was this one Iranian girl, quite good looking face, sitting by herself. I thought she was waiting for someone. She makes eye contact with me, motions me over. I went over. Talked with her a bit, that's how I found out she was Iranian. She was wearing the all black dress and head covering. So couldn't get a sense of her body. She was fast and all business, asked for 1500 for all night, I said 1000 tops. Talked a bit more, she wanted to know right away if I would take her or not because she had another customer coming. I passed on it and left her. I did notice another guy go over to her table about 5 minutes later and pretty soon they were gone.

After a so so experience with a tajik / irani form Premiere, I decided to try the Regal Plaza which is close to my hotel (entry AED 100). I got there around midnight the place was nearly full already. The visual attributes were similar to Premiere, with a lot CIS, but a lot of them had the 'asian' look (if you have seen CIS girls, you'll know what I mean).

The music was loud, but decent (and loud!) , the lights always too dim to appreciate the assets, and the smoke was horrendous. (that describes pretty much every club in Dubai).

I was alone which always sucks. I was trolling for a couple of hours and chatting to few CIS. The usual "vare yu frrum" and so on.

Mostof them asked 1500 for LT (which in Dubai terms usually meand ealry morning, or 3-4 hours). After 2 AM that was coming down to 1000. I did not find any (god looking) one that woudl agree to BBBJ. They all wante condom for BJ.

As I was getting ready to go home alone around 2:15, cute CIS caught my eye. Minor asian look (not the Chinese look alike) , looong black hair, nice tits, ans yes there was considerable (or at least visible) butt to belly differential. That's a requirement for me. I can't be with a girl whose gut is as big as her ass.

Anyway, this one as good any in the club, minus the slutty look.

She is new in Dubai, minimal English, but her cousin was assising in details, esp the part about rate and BBBJ.

I remember reading somewhere that there is way into Rockafellas (Regal Hotel) to bypass the 100 AED door fee. I search, but can't find it. The quality in there seems to have gone up, so I want to head there more. I've tried wearing a suit and acting important, tried just walking by the bouncer like I do at York. Neither of these tricks work. Can someone PM the details if they have them and I will confirm whether or not it still works. 100 AED is 2-3 drinks in most places, so if I can skip the door fee, I would be most grateful.

There are girls not controlled my a boss so will not insist on payment up front. You should not get ripped off on these particular groups of filipinas.

So another dead end.[/QUOTE]This practice is due to the one-off guy who does not pay or underpays in the hotel. For that one in hundred guy they demand advance from all. It's generally ok to pay half in the bar & the rest in the hotel. Also promise for a tip at the end for good service. But ensure that she accompanies you & not follow in a seperate cab.

I visited Jockeys the last few nights, there are now a few there from St Petersburg, equal to anything I've seen at Premiere or Regal Plaza. One is a beaultiful leggy blond, very GFE. The other is cute blond. They tend to go early so if you'e been a late arrival there you wouldn't have noticed. They have another grilfriend who helps tranlates proceedings. I chose the leggy Blond about 8. 30pm (I much perfer early starts) LT 1000, sweet girl, we parted at 6 am. Will write more later, I'm back in Dubai next week. Cheers Nickc

I suppose you must have already heard about Ratsky and Seaview. Quite good no. Of Filis there. Also you have Ratsky-2 in Ramada Intercontinental in Deira and another Ratsky-3 in Excelsior Hotel in Bur Dubai creek. Quite good no. Of Filis in all these places. Occasionally you can find gems in such places. Some other Fili joints are High Land Hotel, York & Astoria (all Bur Dubai).

There are also some private providers but its a hit & miss story. I have some private nos. With me. PM me if you want any contacts. Glad to help.

In all cases 300 AED for ST (around 2 hours) and 500 AED for LT (max of 6 hours) + taxi fare.

I visited York 2 times during my last visit to Dubai.

1. Entrance was 60AED. (My second visit was on Friday and it was 75AED)

2. Mostly African, some Chinese and very few CIS.

3. The opening price was 1000AED. Managed to get for 400 and 500 both times. I had 2 Africans and my friend got Chinese.

4. African's wants to finish and leave quickly if you give money upfront. Chinese are better in business.

The Premier entrance was 150 and it hurted a lot. (Friday also)

1. As mentioned above the entrance fee was 150.

2. It was really crowded. The men population were 2 times the girls.

3. There were Africans, CIS, Chinese girls inside.

4. Quality is nice. They start from 500USD but my friend agreed for 700AED with an African.

5. One of my firend got the African and we left there for York.

Marine's Club at Seaview :

1. The entrance was 50 AED.

2. There were some Africans, Chinese and Philly girls.

3. Opening price 1500AED but the final they came down to 600-700 AED.

4. The band was really nice.

It was back in 2006 (a generation ago) when JSF introduced me to the House of "E," and I met the lovely "J," who not only got her UAE residency, but has since gone entirely native by marrying one. I found a beautiful slim Kazachstan girl around midnight at Rattlesnakes last weekend. I had just been inside and was walking out and and we meet. We sat a while in the garden bar area. Very GFE 1300 aed LT, she stayed till midday then we had lunch together then somehow I ended up shopping with her for lingerie, she paid, she just enjoyed the company. It was all good fun.

On a more sober note she was telling me that 11 days before she meet a Russian man who took her back to his place where 2 men punched her in the face and stole her bag and cellphone. Of course in Dubai the LE would only blame her, pathetic really, so theres no re-course for her. But she is warning her girlfriends, and thus if you are a gentleman prehaps you to may want to warn some of the girls you meet. Perhaps they should ask for half the money from Russians and make a note of giving it to one of their girlfriends. I am back in Dubai this weekend. If she sees him again she is arranging a welcoming committee for him. Of course only a few Russian men are like this, but it may be good to help the girls take percautions.
