I have never been to the Philippines, but after those talks about 'Karaoke Bars' I wonder if there are any good 'Jazz Bars' or 'Jazz Clubs' in Manila. Or other cities on the islands?

Well, the Spanish Colonist had music in their blood and later many of the Americans as well. There should be something like a professional Jazz scene! I don't mean this 'Piano Blim-Blim' in a hotel lobby.

And I don't like discotheque dance either. Having fun besides the one usually mentioned here, I prefer talking to my lady dining in a Restaurant and / or listening to good live music at a Jazz Club. Why not taking her out to concert with classical music, if she has interest in it.

now, to dissuade you. since you've already spent some time establishing contacts and building rapport, i don't see the need to continue wooing her, especially with alcohol. if you want to show off your pipes i'm sure she'll enjoy it. rare to find a filipina who doesn't like to sing. nonetheless, she's coming to your hotel so she ought to know the deal. unless you've mentioned / promised otherwise to entice her. in addition, most filipinas aren't big drinkers, especially during the daytime. i need to figure out a game plan for sunday night.

my trip to phils is finally here. within two days i'll be snuggled in bed with the legs of a pretty girlfriend wrapped around me. can't wait! i have a quite a lineup set up. it's a nice mixture of gf types i've been chatting a long time and a couple of new additions in the last few days. body types range from the typical young and petite to a tall leggy professional singer. this last one is so beautiful i still can't imagine why she's agreed to see me. here at home i'd never have a chance with some of this caliber. got to love the phils! i also have a few on my b-list ready to go in case i have some no shows. the big gap in my portfolio is a truly busty one. that's a real fetish of mine. i realize that this body type is scarce in phils. i've kept my eyes peeled for that on dia but never have managed to find one that clicked. an example of what i'm looking for is below. that's april love of boracay. we've chatted but i just don't have time to go there on this trip. does anyone have any idea where busty ones like this can be found? any particular club or venue in manila? i'm prepared to be generous if i can find the right one.

The DIA gals we date arent slutty semi pros. Generally they are nice pleasant happy young ladies who like to meet foreigners, like a nice airconditioned room and are happy to be treated nicely. Nothing slutty about them at all.

If not you may end up wasting a lot of time.

Be done with her by 1100 and decide to bring her to the club or bid her adieu. Take her to the club and if you find another girl that gets your attention give the first girl taxi fare home. It certainly is to your advantage to bring a hotty with you for the simple fact it'll call attention to you. Unless she is the exotic beauty. Make sure the girl dresses appropriately.

Americans introduced jazz in the Philippines in the early 20th Century.

Classical music venues may be more limited than jazz venues. One place with periodic performances is the College of Music at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Two potential difficulties: It's pretty far to travel unless you meet your Filipina companion in Quezon City; they may not be systematic about posting performance information, other than flyers posted in and near the College.

What average Filipinas really like is crooner music-easy words with melancholy content and memorable melodies that are easy to mimic.
