IMHO it seems everyone is getting a little too uptight about an "open house" in the afternoon sometime. While I agree with the popular sentiment that if you're paying a premium price for a room at CB1 or CB2 you'd hate to have budget mongers dropping by the bar all of the time to steal away the brightest students. But AG, if you're only talking about an "open house" during some afternoon to introduce the new bar, La Cueva, than what kind of man is so insecure they couldn't appreciate a launch party for the new bar?

Damn, I say fuk it and go for it! Make it a big deal and a full on party. Invite a lot of chicas, put out some hor the'ourves, maybe buy all the Mansion Hotel guests a round or two and invite some outsiders or special guests to the opening party. As long as there's enough chicas at the fiesta, I couldn't see how anyone except the most deeply insecure guy would object to an open house or launch party for La Cueva? Just my 4 cents.

All this worry that budget Mongers will come, and take away the creame really doesn't make much sense to me. First off a budget man will not pay 150K for a ST Chica.

Really guys has the amount of Working girls in MDE fallen of that much since I was last there in March? It seemed to me there was more hot women than you could shake a stick at.

Mansion Guys come to Mayorista all the time, and take girls away from there. We don't cry about it as there are plenty more where they came from.

I wish the Cave is a big sucess, and the happy Mansion guests will stay there, and have a blast.

One day if my ship ever comes in I will book a room there, and partake of that fine talent. Till then it is treinta mil para mí, and watch my stuff like a hawk.

I'm reserved at the Mansion on September 5, so I'll be legal to buy you a few beers. Hopefully you will have been restored from your seclusion in the jungle, and back in Medellin. I will be still in the jungle mate, I'm going for a month and a half, I have 50 school bags for poor children that over the last year our guests have donated to give out in Choco and then I have a hidden paradice I just chill at and would you believe they have WiFi and Direct TV! I pulled two chicas a few hours apart around 2100 or so and they looked like they just came from Fase II. I took some photos of each one, and lucky me, because very few Mayo chicas want their picture taken. These two are more than worth some repeat.

Same as Mansion pricing, Alot of guys feel like the only casa they ever really need is "New Life" at 34k, It all comes down to "whatever floats your boat"

A few facts here, since I know what I am talking about versus some people who just like to ***** and go into stuff that they have no idea what they are talking about (just because a girl blew you once or twice does not mean that you "know her"). First, I would like to thank Reefski for posting his excellent pictures. It was nice seeing some faces (I mean bodies) that I recognize. How many of you know what type of comfort zone that you have to establish with the chicas that they will trust you by posing for pictures (most fear being seen on the Internet because of their families).

Second, Reefski knows the story of the gringo involved with Demi and it is NOTHING like is being bantered about by others.

However, as a friend of the parties involved (Demi & the Gringo) you will not hear any real details from Reefski or any other friend of theirs. That's why we have the privilege to be called a friend.

Why not just post some photos and be done with it? Can there possibly be any mystery left about old, new or future mansions? It's fun reading the promotional material but it would be terrific to see something else in this thread once in while.
