After reading some reports on this Spa at Landsdown at SB road, visited this place last week with lots of anticipation as I had been to Hammam in Istanbul and.

Was happy to have it here in Kol.

Coupon worth 1699 for massage and Hammam bath.

One mid aged Thai was assigned and had a decent massage. No disposables from start but no talk on extras till 30 min.

Then moved on to the Hamam room which was quiet decent. Now she asked for extras and quoted 4 k for B2B & BBBJ and 6 k for FS.

Tried to negotiate a lot but did not bulge less than 3.5 k and I was keen to have the soapy slides.

Had a bit of slide for 5 min and then apparently very less time left and started BBBJ and was done in 10 min and then bath.

Overall a very ordinary exp especially considering the cost of 1.7+3.5 but its a good exp without extras. Its good for 1.7 k if you can control the urge of extras.

1 k for HJ alone without touching was also offered but was keen to have Bangkok feel.

It could be better if we opt only for Hamam and 40 min of soapy. That should be nice!!
