Yes, it's more fun in the Philippines! Great report. My only comment is that it sure is curious that most Filipinas have had ONLY ONE past Filipino bf.
SNIP.
She stayed for about 4 hours and we fucked 3 times. I slipped her 2k P for the taxi and she left with a big smile on her face. We exchanged a few messages of gratitude and I was on a plane a few hrs later on my way home.
Filipinas a great!
Only one bf? Yea for sure I hear you X and I almost left that out of my post because I knew the response was coming. The way I look at it is she was only 19 so how many bf's could she really have. But your right we do hear that in alot in guys reports. Funny thing is right in the middle of when I was licking her pussy and watching the pleasure on her face she asked me "how many girls have you sexed in your room?". If she asked that question 10 min earlier before I had her panties off I would have said "ahh don't be silly". Instead I looked up at her as I flikered my tounge on her clit and said "only 3 or 4". LOL. Then we continued.

G, regarding chocolates, lingerie and fucking filipinas. Filipinas are small typicaly. I buy the lingerie in USA before I go to the Philippines. USA girls are a little bigger. I buy XS (extra small) and a few S (small) for the filipinas. My previous trips I always purchased sizes too big. As far as the preferred brand filipinas like, don't worry or get caught up in that. I went to the local Target store and purchased 5 panties or bras for 24 dollars. T-back or G-string is what I like to see on the girls. The same regarding chocolates. I buy good chocolate thats on sale here in USA. Then I get some nice colored gift bags. I used to buy some cheap small stuffed animals and put those in the bag too. Its the thought that counts. This has always worked for me!
As far as filipina cupid. I believe the girls have free profiles but can't contact members unless they contact them first. You need to be a paid member to initiate this.
Just curious about learning new things on this site: I always might have several chocolates to choose from, but are you having 'gift bags' with lingerie in different sizes on disposition? Or are you just going for one specific type of lady, so you need to buy only one size? Besides, what is the preferred taste in the Philippines regarding 'lingerie'. My European taste might be different from the liking of a young Asian lady.
Just curious, as I said.

I was the only person laughing. Nobody else got the joke! '
Perhaps because humor in all cultures is often based on spoonerisms (which CS defined in a recent post) , double entendres, and so on, and often hinges on cultural knowledge that outsiders may not have. Think of the old Abbott and Costello routine, "Who's on first"? Aside from the play on words, a person needs to understand baseball to get the joke. Even well educated folks who speak English well as a foreign language may not grasp the cultural nuances embedded in linguistics in ways that come naturally to you. Even the Brits and Aussies on this board can take the [CodeWord140] out of us Yanks occasionally because their humor often turns on cultural nuance.
Years ago Uncle Sam paid me to put in a couple of years in Germany. I spent much of my off-duty time with a German family, and the wife (whom I was screwing) helped me develop pretty good German skills. One night an American buddy visited while we were watching some sitcom on TV. I understand well enough to get the humor, and I was laughing along with the family. My buddy asked at one point, "what's funny"? I stopped to explain in English the literal content of the TV dialogue. He replied, "that's not funny." He was right; it was only funny in German because it turned on various plays on words that do not translate to other languages.

Moi? Never! By the way, Filipinos are great [CodeWord140] takers as well and are sometimes very cruel.
The only international lingua franca of comedy is of that which takes a visual form which is why simple, childish but very funny series such as Mr Bean are so immensely popular worldwide.
Going to the movies is not more fun in the Philippines.
This is why I very rarely go to the cinema in The Philippines any more. There are 3 movies that I really want to watch (The Hobbit, Life of Pi and Les Miserables) but I will wait for the DVD before I will put myself through the ordeal of movies a la Filipino style.
Agree with all your negative points. Behaviour and lack of respect for other viewers is appalling. Another thing that used to wind me up is the way people will come and go throughout the movie. It doesn't matter if its a thriller with a surprise ending. People will come in with a few minutes of the show to run, watch the ending and then watch the complete next screening until the point they came in. Its baffling, completely crazy but typically Filipino!
Just to follow up on the rather erratic cultural ethos here in the Philippines:
I had fully inended to go see "Les Mis" today, as it's arrived in Davao, but reading RK's précis of his experience, which is consistent with my own experience the few times I've attended films here, I decided to wait till I can downoad it. Getting angry at the mindless behavior and utter lack of concern for anyone else just isn't worth it to me; I can experience that every day while driving here. Like RK I've seen the stage production 4 times, and enjoyed it immensely every time, so why ruin the experience?
The utter indifference of most people here to anyone other than themselves was manifested for me again today. I recently had Sky Digital / HD cable installed and I've been quite happy with it. The service received has been excellent, and the quality of and reliability of the transmissions have been fine. So I was surprised this morning, on awakening, to find I had no service and that the light on the cable box remained red. Somewhat annoyed, I called the company to see what the problem was only to be told that Davao Power and Light had cut the electricity to all of Sky's subscribers in some areas of the city while it tried to work out a problem related to the rains of the last several days. To compund its crap service, the power company then abruptly cut the power to my area, saying it was trying to "isolate" certain areas affected by the rains. There was, of course, zero thought given to consumers, no prior warning, and the usual Filipino lack of concern for any inconvenience the company's actions might have caused. I don't know the Visayan equivalent of the French "tant pis," but I imagine its on the lips of most working in organizations that cater to the pubic. I can imagine reaction I would have gotten had I called Davao Power to explain there are actually some countries on the planet where the electricity remains on even when it rains. Doubtless, someone would have tried to explain to me that expectations of reliability, quality and efficiency are misplaced here, by regarding me with some pity and telling me: "But sir, this is the Philippines."
Something happens to Filipinos when they rejoin the herd; all of the sweetness and gentility disappear, absorbed by the mindless stupidity of the mob.

you should see it ge unless you can be assured of getting an excellent dvd copy. the real "originals" won't be out for a few months yet (i was told)
the bootleg dvd that i got today is way too dark and the sound is awful.
btw cs - don't bother about the hobbit. way too long, a real bladder-burster and filmed at slow speed. i read the book in a shorter time than the movie (i exaggerate a bit but you get my drift). the bad news is that there are 2 more to follow yet. life of pi is excellent, but i am still buggered if i know when the tiger is real and when it is animatronic.
Hi,
I'll be in Manila this coming weekend for the first time and was interested in giving these dating sites a try for some afternoon fun.
I registered at DIA, but it's nagging me to upload a picture of myself. So just curious about you guys. Do you upload a picture of yourself?
If yes, do you hide part of your face, like your eyes?
I really prefer not to upload my pic (for obvious reasons) , but would I be able to attract any dates without a picture?
How do you guys deal with this?
I used FC to meet Serious types of girls as well as girls that were open for Fun as well.
The opening line / message for the girls I was only looking for Fun with was."Hello you look beautiful. I'm here in Manila and I'm staying at the New World hotel now. Would you like to come here for dinner, swimming and fun?"
Alot would not respond.
Some would would respond with "I'm not a Fun Girl I'm here for Serious".
Some would respond with "What type of Fun?" This is where I would tread lightly but still be clear. I would respond with "Fun as in watching tv and kissing?" or more direct "Fun as in watching tv, kissing and making love all night?" I would get a mixture of responses to this. The more messages I would exchange with the girl I could step up the naughty ideas I had in mind along with being a gentleman. Some of the girls would say they were open to meeting me at the mall or somewhere and would not commit to coming to my hotel. I would tell them in a nice way that "Oh you are a sweetheart but I think I'm too naughty for you. Take care". Alot of girls would change their mind and follow with my requests. I would tell them I'm a gentleman but I'm just being honest that I'm horny too. Some girls would respond with "Ok I will come to your hotel but no sex on the first time". Depending on how sexy or hot they seemed my response would vary. The minimum I would commit to was a BJ or her playing with me.
I would arrange these meetings for daytime fun so I was not stuck with them all night and I had my evenings open. I would almost never meet the girl at the mall because I did not want to spend waisted time wandering arround and waiting for them plus I had no plans of taking them shopping. I did tell the girls I had a special gift for them of sexy lingerie and chocolates waiting for them in my room.
Its surprising how hot young non pro girls will show up for fun if you play it right and be direct in what your looking for along with being a gentleman.
My last hookup before I came back home was with a 19yr old student. She was not a 10 in looks but her personality and willingness made her an 11. I had to get in a taxi and go fetch her at a mall across town. For some reason she would not just come to my hotel directly eventhough I said I would pay the fare when she arrived. She was waiting on the sidewalk when I pulled up in the taxi and straight back to the hotel we went.
I made her feel relaxed and offered her a refreshment and her gift bag. It was nice to see the look on her face and how grateful she was for the gift. We hugged and kissed. I suggested she try her new sexy lingerie on. She got a nervous sexy smile. With some encouragement she was prancing around the room modeling her lingerie and looking at herself in the mirror. I suggested to take some photos so she had them for herself later. With my camera of course.
A few minutes later we were rolling around the bed naked. She had never been with a foreigner before and only had one Filipino bf. She was very curious, nervous, horny and wet. As I went down on her and licked her pussy she was saying "wow this is how you foreign guys do it ha. I like it oh its good". As we started to fuck she was tight and I really opened her up. After the first fuck we ordered room service and split a meal. As I was finishing my last few bites on the couch watching tv she got on the floor and started sucking me and admirring my cock and commenting how it was nice and big. What a turn on.
She stayed for about 4 hours and we fucked 3 times. I slipped her 2k P for the taxi and she left with a big smile on her face. We exchanged a few messages of gratitude and I was on a plane a few hrs later on my way home.

I don't post my picture on DIA. I exchange chat messages and it they seem to be interested and someone I may want to meet I invite them to cam on YM. No surprises on either side then. It has worked fairly well for me. Lately I have posted my picture on PC. It seems to work fine as well. I prefer not to post my picture, but posting my picture half way around the hasn't come back to bite me yet.

Good luck

GE
I went to the IMAX theater in the MOA and also the IMAX in the *new Davao SM mall. In both places the IMAX theater is separate from the standard theaters. The lobbies where very clean and you pick your seats in advance. I counted 12 patrons in the MOA showing and only in Davao. *It is well worth the extra pesos to have a pleasant atmosphere and the huge screen.
