Few months back I went to Dr Safehands consultation centre near MG Road (like 10 minutes walkable distance from Trinity metro station) to treat some rashes on my penis head (due to summer and sweat). The doctor is good. During the visit I enquired about HPV vaccination and PReP as well. He mentioned that they do provide HPV vaccines, but Gardasil 9, and not Gardasil 4 (probably at the moment they had that). You can consult with them, since pricing felt reasonable (for the vaccine and consultation both).

Also, I enquired about their Whitefield branch (since it's close to my home). They provide only vaccination / medication in Whitefield branch, no consultation.

They operate under names of Kamal Naj, Naj, Noor & Nancy etc. Offers to real meet on a monthly retainer basis with rates pretty low. 4 meets in a month etc etc. She circulates pictures as well. Says she is a student in Bangalre and part-time working in IT etc. Seems to be Himachal / Simla based as could be checked from Bank account they share. Refused upfront payment and also emergency money requets.
