Is she a horrible person? No. She's just being smart, playing it safe and hedging her bets.
With the number of guys that talk a good talk around here that end up bailing when things get serious, I don't blame her.
If I stop being cynical, its also possible that you were just lucky enough to meet two genuinely decent girls, in which case you should not waste your time unless looking for a serious relationship and all the work that goes along with it. Can be ultimately very rewarding, but you have to be prepared to be very patient and be sure you want to go down that road.

I was looking for a companion and decided to talk with someone new in one of the bars. We spoke all night. For about 3 hrs, and at 2am after asking several times she told me that she wasnt taking customers anymore. Maybe in a few weeks if I wait for her. WTF you doing here then, I thought, or maybe she on the menses.

If they want to arrest WG's and nail punters, there is certainly easier ways of going about it. Maybe because a story was published about, they'll make a few arrests and publish a story about how they are cracking down, and then things will level off to normal.
Most of the ads are shams anyway, and are set up as tourist traps. Still better to just hit the bars / clubs anyway.

I pass through Dubai for a few hours every few weeks on my way to a sharia country (poor me). I don't land till after midnight and hit the clubs rarely before 1am. What I'm asking from my fellow mongerers is the contacts for recommended performers. Time is money and I have wasted enough of both looking for a good time so I would appreciate some help. Just got back from a short business trip to Dubai. First night tried Ratlesnake and brought back a very nice Russian girl for 1200 AED for LT. I liked the club. The choices are plenty and the quality is not bad at all. We had a nice time and she left after 2 hours (CIS definition of LT). Second night I tried Kubu but was surprisingly disappointed with the quality so decided to head to Premier. It was a Wednesday night and the club was packed. It was the first time to see Arab WG's at Premier and also a large number of young men from Saudi! I picked a very cute Syrian girl but her service was too professional to my taste. Again. 1200 AED for less than 2 hours.

So been going to the hotel clubs over the past 2-3 months now. Here's my perspective on things based on my experiences:
Metropolitan Hotel (Rattlesnake bar). A good place to hang out. Prices for entrance and drinks reasonable for Dubai. Girls are generally from CIS region and decent looking. Lots of 7's some 8's. New girls continaully coming in on 2-3 month tourist visas. Girls all asking 1000-1500 but will settle in the 800-1200 range. Girls not really of the GFE kind, mostly "professional" attitude and LT is basically 2-3 hours, you need to be somewhat hard to get them to stay longer. So pay afterwards or pay half up front half after. Also BBBJ's is somewhat of a rarity with them as is DFK. I had one bad experience here with 2 Russian girls that I decided to take together one night. We agreed for 4 hours and the price but basically after 1. 5 hours the girls got dressed and left. Not too much I could do, yeah stupid me, I paid first.
Seaview and Ratsky Clubs. Prettly much all philipinos's here. Prices for the girls are generally around 500-800 for all night. Their attitudes are great. Very much GFE type. Never had any problems with them trying to hustle me. Was able to talk to them in the club for a good while before leaving, so I get a sense of the girl. Got great massages, showers, sex and BBBJ's. In general they don't watch the clock and ask your "permission" before they leave. For the girls I had, their bodies are like 7's, attitudes 8 and 9 and face is more like 6's.
Kubu and Regal clubs. Mostly CIS girls. Cover is more expensive and doesn't include drink. Girls always ask 1500 irrespecitve of day of week or time of night. Not as good looking as I thought they would be. There are some stunners but very few. I did take girls from these places on two occassions, once for 800 and the other time for 1000. On both occassions, the experience was mediocare. We agreed to what I wanted and price and time. But when I got back to hotel it was like the agrrement went out the window. What made the experience okay was that I insisted on paying afterwards. So at least I got the time out of them and two pops.
Moscow Hotel (Tolstoy Bar) , ST. George's (Tivoli Bar). No cover. More of a discreet scene. You are sitting at tables, and via eye contact intiate converstaions with girls. But relaxing place to hang out and have drinks, food and conversation because no loud music playing. Probably best if you are with a wing man. Girls for the most part are CIS. All asking 1500. Haven't taken one of these girls yet.
Panaroma Hotel (Jockey club). A bit of a mixed club with Chinese, africans, and CIS. Small place so gets crowded too easily. Cover and drinks are reasonable. Several older UK guys are regulars here. Two really cute waitresses here. Girls from here are in the 600-800 range for LT, though ask for 1000. Had good experiences from here with a girl from Turkey and one from Georgia.
Hyatt Hotel (Premiere club). Cover expensive. Beers same price as other places. I went here twice. Mostly CIS, several good looking girls. Girls have attitude. All asking 2000 or sometimes 1500. If you got money to throw around they will love you. Yeah its a cliche but seems to apply here more than other places.
