Maybe I'm just over-simplifying the LT scholarship program, and the "good energy" mantra doesn't bug me all.
To me it beats the "screw the bitches, they're all *****s anyway" mantra.
I believe some of his talk may be off the cuff humor mixed with some egotism as well.
None of it sounds harmful or coercive to me though.

Perhaps in official scenarios in the eyes of the government in order to qualify as sex tourism the revenue of such business needs to be greater than a certain % of total sales. The Colombia forum, particularly the Medellin forum, is being invaded, methinks. There was DeltaPilot, Playing the Game, and now Ronin. I expect these are all the same, fake ids of Urban Wildlife or whoever. The common element seems to be new poster, strong opinions, macho, and ends with calling whoever he disagrees with gay. And always disagrees with Matt Psyche and Mr. Good Energy.
