You have 40%of the population who are non-muslims and, in addition, a lot of the "working girls" are also imported. Bars don't shut down and clubs do stay open. The main effect is that Muslim eateries tend to close during the day. MPs will still be open for business, but perhaps the number of Malay girls available will be less.
