It is an addiction so I don't insist on BBJ everytime, if the girl provides well and good or else no issues. Sometimes even settle for HJ and be happy with it. I feel it is important to keep expectations reasonable so that Johnny does not totally control you. Also not sure of the rimming plus BBJ plus DFK combo, it may feel great but need to be cautious.
