Some guys prefer big butts others spinners and so on. Best advice I can give you is try and find when shifts start in few bars and visit then before other punters have collected the girls that you may find appealing. I personally prefer to visit few bars get a drink in each look at the talent and if I find what I am looking for then I barfine. If its still early I visit my favorite bar (and this is based on music, atmosphere, price and plenty of other reasons not so much girl related) then go back to the hotel.

It will not be a problem as there are only 2 terminals.

You do not need a visa for Hong Kong even if you did leave the terminal, only if you enter China.

I wouldn't know anything about the seats as that depends upon the airline that you use. If you are using China air, then its the same as all the other carriers, as they use airbus.
