These are just my observations comparing with what I saw when I first visited Prague in 2011.

1. Long established reliable Privats are dwindling.

2. Many 'seasonal' apartments are moving further away from the center as rents keep rising.

3. The girls in privats have always ranged from the hardened pro, to the young student needing money quick.
