I went to Yeongdeungpo once. I knew it was near the mall somewhere and spent nearly half an hour trying to find it. I was shocked to see so many pedestrians walking through it even kids. There were no women active though, all curtains closed. I went in the early evening so maybe I went at an off hour?

I've had multiple experiences in Suwon. I would say overall the service is fine. Some are in rush to get you to pop and out and other times not.

Had the itch the other day so started messaging a few places. Tried to go to Bently Anma in Osan but my Korean is not what it was. Managed to find Ace Geonma in Osan (1123) and while they don't seem to speak any English they were agreeable. The one I see is really friendly and actually holds a solid conversation. Massage and after skills are great as well. Wouldn't mind checking out the spot you are referring to.
